In a corner of uruguay ...a litle country ...30 years ago... i played this awesome game...best memories of childhood ....today s games are great...but the feelin and emotions will never be the same.i just thanks i ve lived this age.
True, I remember this awesome game too. The new games are often boring because they are just too realistic. I think for people it´s more interesting when there is a lack of detail and it is somehow abstract or styled. Then your mind has to think or imagine what the drawing really represents. Also for this game specifically the house or what it is, can´t really exist in reality. There are hundreds of ladders, the ceiling is few meters thick, etc. This, simple coloring, stylized drawings of gadgets & materials makes the whole game very dreamy. It´s like listening to a fairy tale ... your imagination goes crazy...
@@debilnypesdedinskysvaty1188 Plus in those days you were actually impressed by the graphics but now,like you said. Games are just too realistic and where do you go from there.I love doom on the ps1 then i had a newer more realistic doom on the xbox 360 but it just was not the same.everything i liked about the first one just was not there.it was a good game but all i'm saying is we should not replace one with the other.I would love to see some new games release in the old 2d style.

lol I did that too,took ages drawing out the various room's on A4 sheets and taping them together. lol loved this game was my predecessor to my love of splinter cell games .
So nostalgic. I used to love playing this with my Dad when he was still alive and I was just a kid. Happy days. Thanks for uploading this. I remember this game the best out of all the Sinclair Spectrum games, it was so awesome.

@@ВасилийПетрович-о6ю тоже начиная с ноября 1994 постепенно перебирался на ПК, всё меньше уделяя внимания Speccy. Но к этому времени уже за кассетами не гонялся, дискеты, причём к тому времени не 5,25, а 3.5 дюймовые - наше всё! Хотя, бывало, даже на "бобины" игры записывал!
Да нужен был магнитофон и компьютер-робик в виде клавиатуры и ещё что бы это все играло надо было мастера приглашать что бы он пол дня телек электрон настраивал припаивал кнопку какую то и в итоге если повезёт все настраивалось

***** It wasn't too bad...the sequel was a bugger to complete (I never managed) but this game was quite easy when you knew how. Both amazing games for the time.
One of the “must have games” in any Spectrum collection when I was at school. A lot of Durrell Games had that factor. Clive Townsend really flew out the gates with this one.
I bought this game when it first came out because the box had a cool looking ninja on it. Never did complete it though. Brings back memories of my childhood in the early 80s!

Я эту игру лишь один раз видел в местном Детском мире на какой-то разновидности игровых апаратов, вроде на русском была, но я ничего не понял тогда. Позже играл под DOS на ЕС 1841 в игру Saboteur II и прошел пару миссий в конце 90х, но какая то она скучная и мрачная. Даже Karateka была интересней.

i never played this, but its the first game i remember. late 80´s communist czechoslovakia and like a dozen kids around one computer with BW TV with no knowledge of english trying to figure this out. i was like 5 or 6 but i can forget it
я проходил ее в дестве только на сколько я помню там штук 10 уровней сложности. я проходил только на самых легких там много открытых ходов. а на сложной было много закрыто. я лабиринт уже не осилил)
мне тоже 10 лет было, суперигра, играл до полуночи, но тогда графика выглядела намного лучше чем сейчас )), а также играл в Валли, Дандаре, Барбариян, Миг-29, и мн.др. Ностальгия до слез, те времена были самыми лучшими и приятными.
Супер-игрушка, я был болен ей в 1993-м году, когда отдыхал в пионерском лагере. Несмотря на то, что до этого не играл в компьютерные игры, очень быстро научился проходить её до конца. Особенно впечатляло метро!
I loved this game, and thought it dont get any better (or difficult) than this!!... How the kids play todays game i have no idea lol.. I got this on the switch today for 7 cents. Watching video about it on youtube make me confused, how are you suposed to find that stuff on your own, its soo cryptic.
Live in Canada and had a C64 and never a ZX Spectrum, and honestly felt the latter was weaker graphically. But with its solid animation, footage of this game managed to bring me over to appreciate what creative Spectrum devs could do with it!

There are two more ways to escape. The fastest is to climb on the top and move to the right. After that fall down the building. On the bottom there is a bike. Another way is to launch a rocket.
