Sabudana Khichdi Banane Ki Recipe
Ingredient
===========
1 cup sabudana
1 scup water
1 table spoon Jeera/Cumin seeds
1 table spoon Black pepper or kali mirch
6-7 cloves.
1 tablespoon raw mango powder or amchoor
2 teaspoon cooking oil
1/2 cup peanuts
1/4 teaspoon red chilly powder
6-7 green chilly
Black salt
1 teaspoon ghee
2 tablespoon milk
1 medium boiled potato
1 teaspoon red chilly powder
1 table spoon lemon juice
1/2 cup roasted and crushed peanut
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 cup farihali chivda
few potato chips
Recipe
======
1. Wash the Sabudana multiple times to remove extra starch.
2. Take a wide bowl and take 1 cup water to soak Sabudana. Soak for 4-5 hours
3. To prepare falahari masala, in a pan add jeera, black pepper and cloves and roast for few minutes.
4. Grind the roasted spices well and add amchoor and mix.
5. In a pan, heat 1 teaspoon oil and add peanuts. Keep stirring and add chilly powder.
6. Transfer the roasted peanuts in a bowl.
7. In a pan, heat 1 teaspoon oil and add green chilles and little black salt.
8. Fry for sometime and keep separately.
9. In a steamer, add sabudana, 1 teaspoon ghee and steam for 15-20 minutes.
10. Now add 2 tablespoon milk and steam again for 5-10 minutes.
11. Add 1 boiled potato and steam again for 5-10 minutes.
12. Now in the in the steamed Sabudana, add 1 tablespoon farihali masala,
1 teaspoon red chilly powder, black salt as per taste, 1 teaspoon sugar,
1 tablespoon lemon juice, fried peanuts, 1/2 cup roasted and crushed peanut,
1/2 cup farihali chivda, few potato chips and chopped coriander.
13. Mix well and add fried green chilly.
14. sabudana Khichdi is ready to serve. Garnish with pomogrante seeds/
