I was treated like that too but most people understood why i was in that predicament and the girls respected me for being open and respectful since we didnt have a trans bathroom when i was younger. Plus since i looked like a girl sounded like a girl and acted like a girl i got beat up harrassed molested and worse when id use the normal mems restroom. People were very abusive to me for being different. The only ones who helped me be myself were the girls at my school. They treated me like any other girl.

Despite what the top comments are saying, that character is a crossdresser. I've read the manga and watched the anime long time ago so I know this shit, unlike that top comment. So basically. the story is that misfortunate girls are granted magic sticks by the admins to do whatever they want with it. He was given one because the admin thought he's a girl. Him being a "magical girl" is even a plot point at the end of the story because they figured out that the only way to damage their enemy is by a male using a magic stick to attack it. Oh and btw, that character is just a side character.
Since I see a lot of speculation and misinformation on this character, let me clarify: Her name is Kiyoharu Suirenji, she is a transgender girl (biologically male) from the anime: Mahou Shoujo Site. She is not a "trap" nor a "crossdresser." She has at one point "came out" to her mom about being trans. Now I won't comment on whether I support "trans people using female/male bathroom," I'm just commenting to end the debate on whether she is male or female. Overall a pretty dark/traumatic magical girl anime, in my opinion it's worth a watch.

Poor kid. Back then in high school and college, I always went to the female bathroom even though I was gay (I look really androgynous most people always assume I'm a girl/woman) but never was I treated like that. Most girls in the campus know who I am and they didn't have any problem with it because they knew I'm feminine at heart. Even my female cousins and sister just casually undressed at home in their bras and I was just like "ew, get away" and they teased me for having smol bewbs. What's even funnier is that my male seniors and juniors even joked that I shouldn't be using the male's restroom. They felt awkward when I used the male restroom. Guess it depends on the people and community around you.
@mg I'm an educator. Respect begets respect. I still look androgynous and people still mistook me for a different sex or gender at first impression. Some even in disbelief. Additionally, I'm not someone who gets offended when I'm miscalled unlike those who gets unreasonable and aggressive with pronouns. Also, I may be effeminate but I'm not a transvestite. I have decorum and a stickler to social norm so I now how to play it safe without offending anyone or anybody. I go with my biological sex and it doesn't take away my personality. I'm surrounded with a lot of people who need, love and acknowledge me and that's more than I could ask for. And of course, it's not always butterflies and rainbows that you get treated nicely by other people, I just simply ignore them and everything's fine. Just don't hit below the belt because I definitely take desperate measures tantamount to how unrightfully I am treated. ^_^

Ok, look: if you're a crossdresser, you are not a transgender person, you're still a cisgender person, unless you identify with the opposite sex and/or didn't transitioned, yet. Despite that, clothes don't mean nothing, so you should wear whatever you like, and fuck it if someone doesn't aproves. Now, if the woman is trans or cis, they're both still a woman, even if she was born as the opposite sex.

Please research some of the effects of gender dysphoria, for even just a couple minutes to grasp it, the amount of ignorance in this comment section is disgusting.
