Work on yourself first before sharing your life with a lover. You don't need anyone else but you, fill your cup first then the surplus can be served to others. Once you love yourself you will find the best partner for you that can match your vibration at the top, not at the bottom. Focus on your internal side first and after that you can seek the external. I mean it sounds like he's not mature/open minded enough to deal with your problems so maybe it's for the best. I mean i don't know the guy but i sincerely doubt the guys problems are on the same level as yours. From my own experience i can tell you the paradox of trying to date when you're a broken person. You either end up dating someone that just straight up doesn't understand what you're going through or you the up dating someone that's also broken and things turn toxic because of course they do. I'm sure your arm doesn't look that bad. My arm has so many scars on it and now that it's the summer the older ones sort of reappear as white lines against the slight tan that i have. There are so many overlapping lines on my arm it's kinda ridiculous. I don't think it's ugly anymore though. I do worry that it will attract people that want to take advantage of my bad mental health though so there's that. I looked up what 37kg is in pounds and stones (I'm English) and that seems extremely low although i dunno how tall you are. I also kinda feel like its probably the minimum weight you can be without being at risk of dying or getting into that territory anyway so i guess it's good that you draw the line there and not at a lower weight And happy (?) birthday for tomorrow

@@Froggy_talks yeah no worries, I get it. I don't have any scales in my house for this exact reason. Right now I have a "system" where I eat whatever on days I go to work and don't eat if on days I'm not going to work. I've got weight to lose so it's ok and the only indication to me that I lose weight is that I reach another hole on my belt. I still visually body check all the time but I'm also very aware that I can't rely on my eyes because of the dysmorphia. It's not ideal but it's better than weighing myself 15 a day and panicking about the number constantly.

The reason why you can't stand food, is the fear of being fat. This was caused by the entertainment industry that makes everyone feel unworthy if they're obese. Don't let the word offend you or scare you. Being obese is definitely unhealthy, but so is being too under weight for your height and age. If you think guys won't like you unless you're skinny, you're going after the wrong guys. THEY are the shallow ones making you feel this way. You young ladies need to understand something, an attractive boyfriend is not all it's cracked up to be. Vanity will leave you heartbroken and alone. See the true beauty within yourself and others. The exterior beauty doesn't last forever. And if you live in this state of mind feeling miserable about the way you look, you're going to feel even worse when you get older.
