@@generalkai2417 india has highest number of vegetarians in the world , even people who eat meat do it infrequently. So *relatively* we are the most vegetarian country.
@@generalkai2417 are yah faltu survey hai bhai sb.. agar koi Insan do teen mahine mein ek bar chicken khata hai to usko non vegetarian bolenge kya? Mujhe nahin lagta non vegetarian bolna chahiye. Maximum log jo non veg khate hai India mein vo log chicken aur fish se aage hi nahin bdte.
Achara genuinely understood what Sadhguru said and has sensitivity of how energy works. Its better not to consume meat that comes from an animal that was in immense fear and stress before being killed. Jaby has so much to learn 😉
@Raj Sahu nah... I googled to see if there are any scientific basis to it, couldn't find any though. Also, I eat meat almost everyday and I can sit cross legged and have baby smooth skin, Checkmate Karan!
We Indians have practice of folding legs since our childhood, while in western countries they always eat food on chair so they dont have this leg flexibility.
The hard truth is that westerners do not know how to cook vegetarian food. Being a vegetarian myself, I do not think even I can eat vegetarian food in western countries.
Eating vegetarian do not mean boiling vegetables or making smoothys. That makes anyone sick. The way foreigners eat veggies and the way Indians eat is different. The way Indian make veggies is more delicious than non vegetarian food if not then equal to meat.
The thing is, you guys don’t have a lot of veggie dishes available there that are tasty..where as in india any forigner would turn vegetarian in a heartbeat! #itsabet
I guess veggies are good for health coz they are full of vitamins and minerals and meat is a piece of protein which must eaten with care coz it leads to lysine addiction (chicken khana hai paneer nahi😂..that addiction)
My point of view is always "my taste doesn't worths someones life" and when you add flavour to veggies they are more delicious. You'll should try adding different kinds of spices they are really change the game..... ❤️❤️

Girdon Ramsay is a very very humble....whenever i see him travelling to other countries and watching and learning about other cultures....he is so open and warm and he is very genuine...thats what i love about him
Being vegetarian in India or eating Indian food is so much easier... all the food has flavour and you don't really miss meat... Paneer helps as well lol.
Achara did a good job trying to explain it to Jaby @ 16:42 Unlike Jaby, I completely believe those reasonings. If the saying "you are what you eat" is true. Then the act of consuming flesh that has been under tremendous stress, is going to have an effect on you too. Because ultimately you too are made up of the same nutrients as the animal/vegetable you are eating. i.e energy and matter cannot be destroyed only transferred. Hence eating veggies that are fresh, give you that happy energy, whereas meat of an animal that has been killed means you will imbibe similar emotions - i.e agressive and agitated. :)
@@Nandu_1610 thats's not how chemical processes work. I don't think you know what nutrients are. Jaby already explained why energy does not mean anything in the context you are using it. Maybe you could provide some evidence of how the feelings of what we eat impacts us.
Next time you visit India, please visit Isha centre, Coimbatore. And watch more Sadhguru videos. He just finished his American Tour( Native American culture explorations)
Sadhguru didn't wore helmet . I finally caught Sadhguru red-handed breaking rules of nature 😂 . Sadhguru himself is a natural being and could've damaged himself for not wearing a helmet .
Ohoo 🤦♂ As usually once again, Jaby has no idea who this *living legend Sadhguru* is...! 💁♂ Otherwise the discussion would be different after reacting to the video where Legendary Sadhguru is on screen himself with Ramsay.
It's a simple logic: Plants produce all the essential vitamins and minerals which are necessary for us as our body is only able to make the non essential amino acids (which make proteins) and vitamins and also the complexity of food is simpler in plants Animals that we eat have a complex organization and the body requires more energy to digest it and also we don't get that much nutrition as tha animals already have consumed most of it. ( Energy as life force is food and any one would want to get it in the simplest way possible. ) ..... So instead of being a hardcore non vegetarian u can be omnivorous 😌
In the truest sense , Sadhguru is a true Human Being , as humans have forgotten what being a human really is😊 Not because of the doctors but because him , I could cure my Asthma❤️😊 Love for Sadhguru❤️
Did you guys notice something? Gordan Ramsay did not even use a sing "F" word in this video. This is how calm and enlightening he's throughout this Journey.
I love Gordon Ramsay.. i had the pleasure of meeting him 3 times and he's one of nicest person you'll ever meet. On tv what you see is a Chef that demands perfection in the kitchen.. he wants you to succeed and pushing you to the absolute limit is the answer...he had similar training when he was starting out as a cook under Marco Pierre White, Guy Savoy and Joel Robuchon.
If you have a very bad day and suddenly you see someone like Achara you will forget all your pain. So beautiful, so soothing and lovely 😊❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Ramsay is an angry, irritated, vengeful, spiteful, proud person but he's something which makes him successful. He's always a learner. He knows when to stop being rude and start learning.... Also, he's brutally honest. Doesn't sugarcoat any word at all.
12:33 Sometimes Jaby just makes so much sense that people don't give him credit for! In my own experience it is actually very dangerous to go to really good places which are seriously fun yet relaxed bcos that completely grasps your soul , mind and body and that drug never wears off, I still remember when I was kid I use to go to such a place during summer vacation and the last night before I use to leave used to be like worst psychological nightmare one can experience!
15:48 whenever argument happens between veg and non veg, people who support vegetarianism point to the act of killing involved in non veg. He is saying that choice of food is not about morality. He is supporting that statement by saying "veg is also alive". His reasoning for vegetarianism is that we should eat food which will be in harmony with us. He is telling people not to take choice of food emotionally.
@@AxeDharme Simple food, simple leaving, simple personality, morallity not kill and eat.. that think in mind cause us to be vegetarian.. our culture taught us non voilence is biggest religion.. so not to kill any animal.. that is what make Indian's the biggest veggie population
@@AxeDharme you try to become vegetarian and u will see the difference for sure.. try it then come back and reply me again.. u become really calm person.. u become very gentle ..
Basically what he says in his most videos is that if you have to consume food, consume the one's which is very far from you genetically and much more simpler, this way the digestion is effortless. Best is vegetables and fruits but if you 'HAVE' to consume meat because of geographical issues or otherwise, Fish would be second best. A simple life of plant is easily assimilated in the system as opposed to complex structure of a animal. You can clearly see how their fat is harder to process for human body and takes much longer time as compared to digest. This long process in digestion can effect people's mood severely believe it or not. It's very easy to become angry, very impulsive and stupid because your tummy is lowkey troubled without even your knowledge. Normal vegetarians process their problems much easily due to swift digestion, the very emotions they generate can get digested quickly and they'll get over things bit faster. There is less impulsiveness, less anger and sometimes if you hit the right note you can also feel very joyful. Just because your digestion is going well and tummy is less annoyed.
omg, dude! I don 't think anybody said if you pluck out a carrot it will die and haunt you. Achara's understanding makes way more sense and she seems smart.
I'm also not vegetarian but it's not like that...i can't live without meat 😂 Mostly people in India is same :- They are non vegetarian but they/we can live without meat 🙌🙌
Check out the "the hidden life of trees" By Peter wohllben. Trees are alive and communicate among them too. It is not scary like night shyamalan movie though.
10:26 that what you are talking about is not food vegetarians in India eat. We eat cooked food not some vegetables cut, put together and added smoothie.😕
The difference between a chicken and a vegetable is that a vegetable is much easier to digest than a chicken so that it becomes a part of u and manifest into a life form as it should, making u a calmer and a blissful person.
Plants are alive too. "I don't believe they have spirit" humans don't have spirit either" and plants have their own system they can think and heal themselves they can communicate with other plants too. Please go read more about how plants work.
Have rajma chawal, methi, gajar, aloo, bhindi, baingan, mooli, shimlamirch aloo, kaddoo, kathel, palak, paneer, matar, different ghobis, cholle, kaale channe, safed channe, different daals, tinde, lauki, tohri, karela, arbi or ghueya, dharti ke phool, katrue..... All these have more than one variety All these can be cooked in different ways like different paneers, baingan yo can have in bhadta or sookha with aloo or rase(curry) wala These are just vegetables Then you have chapati or rumali roti or nan or makke ki roti or baesan roti or add ghee to all these or have different parathas with them and chutney is served with them and also have curd and rice with them with them also you can have kheera, kakdi, pyaz and other different salad items and also have makhan I have it in a meal then their are many drinks Importantly cook the food There's a lot a lot of options for a vegetarian in India. Food change with seasons
i think the reason the guru said you can grow carrots again if you plant them was to convey the idea that you are eating something alive than something dead- or a concept similar to this ;)
Actually in India the veg food is of different type, it is made differently, the dishes are different and godammmnn tasty so it's not that hard to be vegetarian here... And pls don't think making smoothie of raw vegetables is getting vegetarian 😅
Rofl. This is so true about what Jaby said. I went there for the Inner Engineering Retreat program for 5 days... Absolutely loved it. 6 months later I've resigned from my job and planning to learn and then teach yoga there.
It is not just about vegetarianism. It is also about the intent and mindset with which you are preparing the food. That makes a lot of difference, believe me.
I m a vegetarian... A Brahmin... Vegetarian food gave you energy that will help you to focus on your work.... Vegetarian food helps you to connect with environment or nature....
@Saumya Sinha listen... Most of the people started eating meat eggs in our country..... I m a brhamin... But at first I m hindu or I say I m a Hindustani okay so please I m not mentioning my cast here .... It's my religion ... It's my Dharma okay...
