Grandissimi, uno dei miglior gruppi metal italiani di sempre secondo me, quelle atmosfere gobliniane ed i cambi di tempo..beh meravigliosi. Up the sadist :D
gli ho incontrati all'evo 2008!!! mi piacciono un sacco vorrei rivederli dal vivo + avanti...(magari un giorno fare un concertone assieme^^ se mai arriverò ai loro livelli...)

Gran ritorno! ci voleva qualcuno con la loro tecnica nel panorama italiano! Speriamo vengano a suonare anche in Veneto! La riproposizione della canzona "Sadist" secondo me è veramente azzeccata!

Wow. I've tried to find an italian metal band for a long time ago. Now I'm searching for progressive death metal bands, and I've just realized that Sadist belongs to Italy. It's awesome music. Italian progressive death metal; my new favourite. :-) Thanks for the music and the posting, and sorry because my italian knowledge not enough well to write these comment on your language. :-D A new Sadist fan from Hungary
Just heard of this band yesterday and snatched up their discography... awesome stuff, I wish I'd heard of them earlier. I had thought Abigor's Time is the Sulfur in the Veins of the Saint or King Diamond's Give Me Your Soul Please was the best metal album of the 2000s but this is a great contender
IMHO: one of the best bands from your beautiful country, my Italian friends! They deserve a place in the famous line of Italian musiciansstill can enjoy: Monteverdi, Vivaldi, Scarlatti, Monumentum, Ras Algethi, to name a few....it may be blasphemy to some, but my musical taste has no boundaries.
Wow....this is very well composed....be it whether you like the gruntlike vocals or not. I looked up information beacuse I remembered one their first albums. I did not buy it then but was still impressed by the musical craftmanship until now.
I prefer a darker vocal... but the music is so awesome it's worth it. I got this album and the more I listen to it the more I like it :) and this song is the best one
alcune parti sono assolutamente fantastiche come ad esempio il fraseggio quasi jazz a 1:07 oppure la parte a partire dal minuto 2:25. Pur non essendo un appasionato di death (preferisco l' heavy tradizionale o il thrash) credo che bisogna assolutamente rispettare e riconoscere i sadist come una band di assoluto livello..
I think the vocals are pretty decent. The singer sounds a lot like Chuck Shuldiner, which makes sense considering how much these guys sound like Death.
NON é questione di trovare etichette diamine!!! Io davvero non trovo altri gruppi che abbiano raccolto l'importante eredità prog nostrana (Goblin, PFM), l'abbiano mischiata con un certo death (Cynic, Atheist, Pestilence) e thrash (Annhilator e Slayer su tutti). Aggiungi l'abilità live di proporre brani non proprio "semplici" con un unico chitarrista/tastierista (!), beh forse hai un pò "cagato fuori dal bulacco" come si dice a Zena... Eccesso di saccenza forse...

Ma cosa centra la PFM con i Sadist?Sincermente non mi sembra abbiano ereditato alcunchè dalla PFM XD prova a motivarti. I prog della pfm era fatto non con le tastiere, ma con strumenti tradizionali (almeno nel loro primo disco)
Dio cane che spettacolo ieri al boulevard..è stato un concerto troppo devastante..peccato per la sicurezza che ha rotto i coglioni di continuo ma durante la cover di symbolic l'abbiamo distrutta lol
