Safehouse Speedrun in 11s IGT (TWR) 

This took way too long.
Hotline ILs are now timed using the in-game timer instead of RTA, hence the difference from my last IL uploads. 11 second safehouse was theorized to be pretty much impossible, however with an early knife throw at the start we can plow through the level without stopping. With very good movement, 11 seconds is possible.
