I believe this was the last year of PSAs on the Super Friends. The year of the shorts from 1980, these PSAs were done by Black Vulcan, Samurai, Apache Chief, and the Wonder Twins. Unfortunately, unlike the PSAs from the All New Super Friends Hour from 1977, none of the PSAs from the World's Greatest SuperFriends from 1979, nor the 1980 season have been recovered. I forgot about this one by Samurai, but I remember the other one he did where he's giving a young boy karate lessons, and also teaches him how to pick out a healthy snack.

That is mostly because it's a kids' cartoon, so blood is not allowed (if you see the Static Shock episode called Jimmy, it didn't show any blood when Jimmy shot Richie in the leg).

No, Black Vulcan did that one. Samurai did another one where he and a kid were practicing karate moves when they decided to take a snack break; at Samurai's urging, the kid went to a table where there was a fruit bowl and selected an apple to munch on.
