For example, why we are called 'Hindus'? Is Hinduism a religion or something else? Is the word 'Hindu' or 'Hinduism' mentioned in any Dharmic texts? Is idol worship really part of Dharma or it is against Dharma? The more you learn about these things the more fool-proof you will become. No theist or atheist will be able to fool you. You will not loose time, energy, money and peace of mind in unnecessary things. You will realize what needs to be done to bring back lost glory of Bharat and what role you can play in this objective. A good starting point I can think of is to start reading the book 'Satyarth Prakash'. The knowledge from this book will guide you to your next steps.

@Akalpaniy Being i have done this before ....I have shown Bharat centric content to students....And personally in my experience , if we have good knowledge about history and Bharat and our vedic tradition, we can have good debates (without argument and arrogance)with head of any institution and convince them to show such content.....Due to my reading habit , I had many debates with my college principal in past , i am doing it now and I will do it in future.....(one should not be arrogant , develop good relationship it works in long run....) destroy their belief with good valid points.....My boss is always open for any discussion.
