(A correction: 100K is Ju man and not Ichi man. I always mix up these numbers). The word "Saikou" means "the best" in Japanese and is a very positive word. However, the pronunciation is similar to the word, "Psycho" in English which has a negative meaning. You can say it to your friends when they do something great or even when you feel good about something. "ii ne" is used by Japanese people all the time and it means "that great" and a must to learn if you are in Japanese language and culture.
