The watcher of sailor scouts. Calm, detached, enduring, serenitive. Even being isolated from reality most of the time, by guarding timegate, she's very strong, and her personality is very enigmatic. Swore to protect Silver Millenium together with Sailor Uranus and Sailor Neptune from outer threats of space, she still performs her duties. Outer sailor senshi are mostly interesting in personalities.
Sailor Pluto and Saturn are both my favorites. Mainly because they're staff wielders and I loves me some staff wielders. It's unfortunate they didn't include some of her other techniques like her Action Spin Star melee move or her Talisman technique, Chronos Typhoon.
I don't get it...what is Sailor Pluto's attack is based on? Is it supposed to be a fire-based attack? Or sonic-based? What kind of weapon is it, and what damage can it cause?
I thought it was because she had powers of the underworld and darkness, hence "dead screen" her last name is Meioh which is nether king or Hades in Japanese.
