The underwater video with such vivid colors was outstanding. My mouth was watering watching you cooking and enjoying the fish. Glad nobody jumped into the water after that fish, I don't think that would have ended well. As always be safe but have fun. ⛵🇺🇸

Lion fish are super tastie - not hard to clean either - if you're careful - just cut the tips of the dorsal fins then you can clean as normal.
