It's got wacky missions, over the top action and many vehicles to use. The open world sandbox was fun to explore, as you made a custom character and worked alongside your crew. There were many objectives, and also side goals to work towards which was exciting for sure.
This is quite the free experience in terms of what you can do. Driving vehicles, flying planes and using this all with the uncapped frame rate option to see the boosted fluidity. That adds a lot to this already much better looking visual treat. That's for sure, it certainly is interesting to revisit this one so soon and to see such a locked time despite complete mayhem at a larger scale than ever before.
