Sairat is a rarely used marathi word. Most marathi prople would not have known it. Sairat does not exactly mean wild. But if someone says "the guy went sairat" people would automatically understand that "the guy went free and wild" even if they have not heard the word sairat before. Also, meaning of zingaat is somewhat similar to sairat. But word zing actually means intoxication.
