Nah the animators at mappa are such talented people. Its mappa themselves that are destroying there animators by over working and underpaying them. Mappa has a reputation for taking on more than they can handle and dropping it all on its workers.
@@xeroo2130 i didn't say mappa animators aren't talented but this guy can do such amazing animation that i doubt mappa or any other studio would do the same but after that imagine if a fan animation is better than the original animation
I dont get why it gets this much appreciation, i dont know where to begin with and trying to understand the context its too much going on😂😂 you guys were always visual appealing fan even with or without context still enjoying it
@@getyournekoshere9824 oh fr? I personally think the writing is top notch, apart from the animation. First time meeting someone who doesn't like the show, what don't you like about it?
This is God-tier editing. To be able to use manga panels, mixed with already existent animated scenes, then spiced with visual effects and flawless editing that could match the level of AAA studios... This is a work of a genius. This 2010s/20s generation of editors is just insane. Thanks to availability of editing techniques and software technology, young talents create works that could be milestones decades ago, while in nowadays' standards it is just another skilled visual artist. We start to get packed with visual artists every now and then it makes our dopamine levels rise exponentially. The orgasms are frequent. And I am more than than thankful to witness such endeavors. Thank you for this hype, and amazing piece of art. Such editing talent should not be wasted.
@@kezia5616 you’re * and dude use your eyes i implore you to do so, I’m not saying he’s only right either, because there isn’t a right or a wrong answer christ man live and let live
There is no right for it to be that good. This is literally the best animation I never saw in my entire life. Man can go to any studio, just show that and be hire for whatever, they need him
@@rydo9081I like to think this guy did work for mappa and was one of the few who escaped from outlast:mappa whistleblower, then leaking his work here😂
as a CGI artist, i'm genuinely as impressed by the sound design and the creative decisions as by the animation! we will watch your career with great interest!
The level of detail is incredible! How the space bends at 0:33 to 0:36 and how the clods move from the shockwave at 1:03 is an insane level of attention to detail in the animation.
@@gooner6t7 that's not the Saitama creater. Only one side of the moon ever faces earth so we wouldn't even be able to see the damage Saitama did to it from this angle
@@yigithancalskan9205 absolutely not, this guy has all the time in the world. The animation studios do not. Don't let this insane animation distract you from the fact that this was made with free time and not a tight schedule
Blast is like the meta narrative version of Saitama. We think the S-class are super weak compared to Saitama / Garou and Blast isn't shown to the audience for a really long time so we sleep on him actually being strong af.
He still needed help. Although finding somebody, let alone multiple somebodies who can even *help* in this situation is a feat in and of itself, and should speak volumes to his capabilities.
1:15 esto si es una locura, ves el vacío enorme en esa parte? Billones de estrellas desaparecieron, estando incluso a millones de años luz el golpe llego en un instante.
I think theres a context where the fan said he maid this for about 3 months,.. Courtesy aside he can enjoy himself watching his own animation if season 3 was a let down.
For those imagining why do the big name studios doesn't go for animations like this. Folks, the guy who made this animation knows how much time and effort he put into this. Even this short animation took longer than you think. It will take ages to adapt the same animation in to the real anime.
@@thatonerotom8999 except he also did it in his free time to make about 1 minute, and is 1 person. If there were 30+ people doing it full time (aka a studio) i can see them making 30 mins in a month... and a season or so a year... but who knows. Perhaps the studios just aren't competent, and not on this guys level 🤔
dude what the fuck this is absolutely INCREDIBLE You have raised everybody's expectations of Season 3 even further. I don't even think there is a studio that will top this animation quality you've just shown us
i absolutely love the scene between 0:17 to 0:26, the punch, the shockwave sound, the subtle debris lifting off the ground and the expanding 'bubble of death'' vaporizing the (which i assume are) small rocks and the lightning and it's glow as they're all teleported to space all together with the epic theme, perfection!
0:48 my favorite was this ~DollyZoom thing they did accommodated with a perfect pause then that very very satisfying swirling glowing energy thing on his fist 😮💨👌 Oh and the lightning as well as honestly everything else was just sooo fkn good too 😩
@@aseq299 ONE the original creator stated it to being with, that he have infinite power. The power scale that Garou fervently spoke about is just Saitama not knowing the amount of strength to finish the fight, is the joke about the manga people mistaking everything King do as an absolute show of strength and Saitama commonly being underestimated like they can win him on a fight. Just people being in denial that Saitama is absolute as he is a joke character that can solo anything on front of him.
Duuuuude !!!!! That's one of the best fan animation that i've ever saw ! The xolor scheme, the music, the little slow-mo action, and when the rest of the team came to help Blast, that animation with the hand being more and more powerfull was....I DON'T HAVE THE WORD TO SAY HOW INCREDIBLE EVERYTHING WAS IN THIS VIDEO !!!! It's fortunatly because of passionate people like you that I like this community so much ! Awesome job ! Even more, what a masterpiece !!!!!
This isn't just amazing from a visual perspective, from a design and animation perspective it's FANTASTIC! The mix of basically straight manga panels, CG, VFX, it's professional studio level dear lord.
This is the best animation I have ever watched hands down. No studio can compare to how much passion comes through this 1-minute scene. It's a work of art. I don't say that lightly. I love anime. But after coming back to this over and over and over and over after 5 months of coming back weekly. I can conclude with 100% certainty. This is best I have or probably ever will see any anime look. Hindsight is 20-20. This is beyond masterful, beyond the best and subjectively the pinnacle of what it looks like to draw your, soul, in action. It's the highest level of art I have ever experienced.
Ok, to say that the studios can’t compare is so wrong. This is just one minute, from like what, 6 months? The creator had all the time in the world to make this, they weren’t getting chased by deadlines. The studios had deadlines, give the studio 6 months for one minute clip, and I guarantee you that they would be miles better than this clip.
Absolutely stunning. The amount of work that went into not only this animation but all the work and dedication needed to develop the skills needed to pull it off is mindboggling.
God this is so good! Only thing bad about this is that my expectations for the studio animating this scene is set astronomically high now. Absolutely astounding! I hope to be able to animate like this someday.
Nobody can keep this level of animation up. Theres a reason many movies put most of their budget into the fight scenes. If they kept this level of animation throughout the entire episode or movie or show, the animators would quickly burn out and lose all passion.
It's more so great composition and effects mixed with genuinely great transitions and 3d work but yes only Ufotable has been able to make animes using the same techniques this video uses consistently on a higher level but the "animation" in of itself (talking bout the vid) isn't "top studio level" like Mappa, Wit, Kyoto, Bones, etc but that's still nothing to scoff at since it's only 1 person who made this and it's genuinely masterclass fan animation worthy of Murata's art.
Holy shit. Your overall artistic choices/color (0:46), animation, unique perspectives/angles (Blast's hand 0:50), and then the pacing/cutting is seriously brilliant. Also, your attention to detail is great (0:58).
The fact that the light of the energy blast outshines the light of the rest of the stars of the universe is terrifying. Not to mention the void created and the thousands of stars that were destroyed by the energy of the Serious Punch²
@@lobopidaoo based on real life physics, but remember this a a fiction story, the mangaka needs to show the huge destruction of serious punch x serious punch after the clash.
This man didn't even forget the tiniest detail and made absolutely no errors and even made earth bend here 0:32 the dedication for this one video shows how good this project was, he's been gone ever since and we are waiting for his arrival.
this is God level animation, it's the least I expect from the studio that will animate OPM, not that shit that was the 2nd season, this is simply a masterpiece
This is the most toe curling, hair standing, eye watering, finger twisting animation that I have ever seen. This shit made me feel emotions that not even the angles can describe. The amount of pleasure that my eyes and ears absorbed can't be measured. This man dropped the hardest animation known to man and didn't even explain himself. Bravo brother absolute masterpiece.
Amazing animation doesn't even begin to describe this. I've been watching this on repeat for about 15 minutes and I can't get over how truly incredible this is.
If I didn’t know anything about this series and someone told me this was the official animation of this sequence, I’d believe them and STILL be blown away by it. Amazing work, holy shit
You should definitely reach out to whatever studio will handle OPM. Reach out to ONE or Murata also. Let them hire you as lead animator or something cuz this is definitely an eye-catcher talent for them.
You are fucking amazing, this is the best fan animation i have ever seen and will ever see. I’m a huge fan of one punch man and this animation of the manga is getting me hyped af. Thank you for this, you are truly a gift
Bruh, this animation is 10x more cleaner than my toilet seat tf, that's insane attention to details. Makes me worried if the studio for opm can achieve that level of quality 💀
I love the chilling detail at the end. "Who knows how far they could have gone" with the infinitely distant stary background blown into around the earth.
The visual storytelling in this minute and a half video was fantastic; I haven't had time to watch this series or read the manga but trough visual context alone could piece together the narrative - that takes a ton of talent. Great job.
Imagine being an intergalactic empire far away and 90% of your nation is now just a void in the blink of an eye, just how many stars did they snuff out in that fight!?
I imagine it's been said a lot already and will be plenty more. This IS AMAZING. I would not have thought this a fan animation had I not been told prior. Absolutely stunning.
this is incredible, im so impressed that such a confusing scene in the manga could be animated in a way that so clearly shows whats happening and doesnt require any dumbass anime explanition. Like its so clear blast with some help used his power to redirect the blast while in the manga i was so confused until it explained it.
after 0:58 the effects are SO DYNAMIC. Like it really makes you feel like some godly power is warping space to redirect the blast. The timing of it is fucking musical. If Mappa animates this arc they need to take inspiration from this, THIS IS WHAT WE WANT NOT SEASON 2 AGAIN PLSSSSSS
