2 devs putting most AAA with huge teams to shame on Switch, especially the likes of EA and Activision. You love to see it and I'll be picking this up day-one :-)
Great review, this game looks like a lot of fun! I think my favorite thing about it is how diverse the different gameplay elements are, because of that I think this game will appeal to fans of multiple genres.
Excellent review as always. My physical copy will arrive today or tomorrow. I've followed this game for quite some time and Its the sort of game that has the potential to be a game of the year candidate in my world, a world of indifference for most "AAA" titles. I'm stoked.

This game is very good, but also very complex. There are a lot of simultaneously active mechanics which the game does not always explain very well. I personally do not recommend this game for casual players as development is very heavy on time investment and more elaborate than most RPGs out there, let alone action games. If you're up for a challenge though the game is extremely rewarding.
Well this is definitely going on my wishlist! I don't usually play games with side-scrolling elements, but this looks like a good compromise between 3D and 2D and might even expand my horizons a bit. I'm looking at CrisTales too. Are you guys planning to review that one?

this looks soo good . I really want physical but its another week before its out here in aus, tempted to just go digital to avoid the wait . (plus i find i play the digital ones more frequently than physical cause im too lazy to change carts at times)
Yup I found making that Preview rather difficult. Was hard to hide how I really felt about the game 😃 and I think a lot of people kind of knew what I was going to say. If you pick it up let me know what you think.
Good review and the game looks good, but really weird how you think the game is so gorgeous. Looks a helluva lot like a GameCube game or something to me.
@@SwitchWatch I picked up my collector's edition box set and was pleasantly surprised to see a manual for the game! They put it neatly in the little clasps just above the cartridge. I wish they all had a manual like the old days. It's a fun game and like it a lot. The art style is gorgeous.

Idk if I should get it for my PS4 or switch 😪 the ps4 comes with a themes and player icons plus full sounds track. Just for a coupon bucks it’s not bad getting it for the ps4, but I kinda want to get it for my switch since I barely touch it.
I was already ambivalent at best about "fetch-quests" But Empty the poo bucket is ...beyond the pail.. Snarf snarf! Great looking game though, definitely on my radar. Cheers for the vid!
When I heard this game will be on PS4 and PC I got disappointed cuz we know any games ported from PS4 to Nintendo switch will be shity. However, the developer it seems they took their time and bring the game to Switch as good as possible. The game looks astonishing on Switch, I will buy it now 😍.
