85 gr terigu protein rendah (Kunci Biru)
15 gr susu bubuk full cream
¼ sdt garam
⅛ sdt vanila susu
6 btr kuning telur
⅛ sdt pasta red velvet
Bahan B:
6 btr putih telur
½ sdt cream of tartar
110 gr gula kastor
Bahan C (Untuk adonan merah):
¼ sdt pasta red velvet (bukan ½ sdt, lihat video menit ke 8:52)

85 g low-protein flour / cake flour
15 g full cream milk powder
¼ tsp salt
⅛ tsp vanilla milk powder (or ½ tsp vanilla extrack)
6 egg yolks
⅛ tsp red velvet paste
B:
6 egg whites
½ sdt cream of tartar
110 g caster sugar
C:
¼ tsp red velvet paste (for red mixture)
