@@ModernMallus yes India and Europe pay അൽമോസ്റ് same ആണ്. US ഇൽ indian pay യുടെ 30-50% കൂടുതൽ കിട്ടും. സിങ്കപ്പൂർ is another better ഓപ്ഷൻ. അവിടെ tax കുറവാണു Indian pay യുടെ 20-25% എക്സ്ട്രാ pay കിട്ടും. ഇന്ത്യ യിൽ 50 lack above ആനുവൽ സാലറി വരുമ്പോ tax + sez ചേർത്ത് 35-37% tax ഉണ്ട്

@@kirant5548 Hey bro, This depends a lot on the European country in question and the job. According to Payscale.com average salary for software engineers in Bangalore is 8.6L INR per Annum. For the similar profile average salary here in Switzerland is 10 times of that. When we say average, it’s not perception. It is statistical average. That means it is not what the highest end gets. It’s what everyone gets. On top of that in Switzerland these guys will be paying some 10% tax or lower. But expenses are much higher. So is the savings potential. But honestly the primary driver should be quality of life. Just think about the traffic in Bangalore, the pollution, the corrupt police and politicians. Or simply think that one must pay more than two times for the same car if you are buying even an entry level Porsche. Our country is improving. But it will take some time to be able to give the same quality of life.
