I hope you enjoy this video guide to Salem, Massachusetts. For some reason, the section on the John Ward House got deleted in the edit? (That’s worth visiting too). Other than that, I hope you found this video travel guide helpful. Be sure to share, and subscribe for more like this.
I love Salem! Worth going to visit especially in October! I left flowers on the memorial for Giles Corey because I found that he was my 9th great-grandfather just before leaving New Mexico and wanted to honor his memory! His first wife Mary Corey is buried in the cemetery located right by the memorial before the witch trials started.
@@UltimateBucketList Yes to both statements. In 2015 I took my daughter and grandson to Salem in October and we all pad our respects as some of his 9th, 10th and 11th great-grand children placed flowers on his memorial stone. The witch trials take on a different meaning when you realize that one of your family was a victim. I have always been interested in Salem, but it is different when you find out your family was accused. If at all possible go to Salem in October you won’t forget it!
I was surprised that it was so laid back. I had a feeling that it would be a sleepy town, and it's certainly very quaint and stereotypical. It's definitely worth a day to explore if you're coming to Boston.
Thanks! I'm definitely working on it, but these things take forever to edit. (I wish they didn't). I think if I wanted to be less helpful and be like those 'Top 10' videos, I could crank these out a lot faster.
I've been to Amsterdam many times. I've yet to film it for RU-vid. I'm sure if I get around to it, I'll probs do an Ajax tour. The Stadium Tours videos are dying a horrible death though, so there's not much incentive to make more.
This was shot back in March, but the best time to go would be right about now until just after Halloween. If you're planning on seeing this place for yourself, now's the time! 😉
