I used to work with someone in the ICF he said Davey Hunt was there when they were younger once and he wasn’t really a football thug he said he had black leather gloves on and asked politely “ Do we just hit anyone how does it work “

At 2:13 it was the battle of Beverwijk (pronounced Bay-Ver-Vike) . It's pretty close to Haarlem. Took the local police right off guard that day. That's why they chose that place to fight, because it wasn't on the radar as a hotspot, or on the route to either of the stadiums from Ajax and Feyenoord.

Growing up Paul Doyle and all the Doyle family were ok guys. Tough and strenous but ok for every one to live and get on with. Probably only the rise of Manchester street gangsterism that changed things for them and everyone else. Every one followed the money. Simple as that. Goodluck to you anyway Doyley.

His name was Carlo picornie. In his prime he kicked a lot of asses. People feared him. He selected groups of real fighters and wirh 40 guys they went into like eindhoven rotterdam utrecht and fought everybody all night when hooliganism was more possible. After retired for years they met Feyenoord near the highway . Feyenoord outnumbered them bigtime but still some stood their ground and picornie got killed on the ground by stabwounds and kicks.

As someone from Dublin in my late 40s I was at the infamous Ireland England game at Landown Rd in 1995 when the English fans mainly attached to Combat 18 only came with bad intentions and tbf back then there were proper hardmen but as us Irish fans aren't known for causing trouble but if people came here to cause trouble they'll soon learn that there in for a tuff night and the English fans who evaded getting nicked that night ended up in the City centre and even a gud few made wrong turns ending up in areas of the City that were known No Go Areas so there was alot of English going home with very sore heads and I'm not trying to be a hardman saying that most of them got nicked and the Garda/Police had a fucking field day it was the one and only time people wished they were the old bill 😂😂 But my point is that when the English had all those Firms and the hooligan days were rampant that's when men could have a proper Knock just kicking lumps out of each other not everyone used weapons like today, Today's youth haven't got a patch on those wagons from back in the day today they run from police back then they ran towards them😂 But no glorifying here much prefer it now been able to go to a match knowing 9 times out of 10 ur safe.. And before anyone say's anything smart? I'm in no way hating those day's are long gone I've plenty of mates and relatives all over the UK👍☘☘

The thought that the Dutch,Belgium, small firm and any Firm over the Channel were weak is ridiculous. The English were all hammered and they were waiting for them completely sober.

Yes because the scene has been dead in England for a while. When it mattered, English firms took the piss in every European city. And you know it. You mainland Europeans dress in black, bang drums and chant war noises and think it makes you fighters. It doesn’t.

All very well but 99.9% of the these hooligan criminals have got nowhere and would be healthier and wealthier now if they had just been regular football fans with normal jobs.
