Yea they do that. I dunno why. I think the devs forgot to add reload animations for revolvers when npcs use it 😄

it's common issue in games though. Devs save time by re-using magazine pistol animations instead of revolver. This also happen on other games such as PAYDAY 2 before 100th update, Black Mesa Source. It's usually acceptable in older games. But somewhat debatable on modern games due to higher standards.

I’ve never seen it myself. I thought it was a glitch or something but it’s just the NPCs doing it.
