Salisbury Steaks | Salisbury Steak Recipe - This is another easy to follow video on How to make Salisbury Steak with Mushroom Gravy. This is a dinner classic that's extremely delicious and warm but also is very budget friendly. This recipe can be made in only 30 mins. from start to finish making it the perfect meal for during the week.
Ingredients
Salisbury Steak:
1 lb. Ground Chuck/Beef
2 tbsp Ketchup
2 tsp fresh Parsley
1/2 cup Italian Breadcrumbs
1 Egg
1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp Dijon Mustard
Gravy:
3 cups Beef Stock
1 packet McCormick Au Jus Gravy Mix
1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 tbsp Olive Oil
3 tbsp Butter
1 medium Onion Chopped
2 Garlic Cloves finely chopped
1/2 cup Mushrooms
2 tbsp Flour
1 tsp Dijon Mustard
1 tsp Thyme
Salt and Pepper to taste
Cook Beef patties on medium heat.

I wanted to give you a shout out from Georgia boy. You inspired me to try. My wife and kids thought I was crazy for trying. Their only experience with Salisbury steak was a frozen meal. They thought it was gross. I made this and they cleaned their plate. Now my wife and kids ask every day when are you cooking again? So cooked your Cajun chicken and sausage pasta. My wife it's better than anything she's hat at a high priced restaurant. You're a blessing to my family.

AB you're the G.O.A.T! I hooked this meal up today. My husband is from LA. God rest his soul. He used to throw down like you! Now that he's no longer with us, the torch has been passed to me. This recipe was so bomb. I made it tonight for my husband and I, that w sauce and the ketchup really gave it a good flavor. Only thing I did different was make my own gravy out of the drippings by creating a roux with corn starch in them, and then whisking in beef broth/adding seasoning. Will be making Salisbury steak like this from now on, thank you!!

My wife and I just made this and it was AWESOME!! We decided to make it on a whim and had to improvise---jarred mushrooms instead of fresh, onion/mushroom soup mix instead of Au Jus packet, but it was still great!! We couldn't believe how much it tasted like Salisbury Steak!! You had the seasonings just right!! I'm a new subscriber and I'm really enjoying your content!! I can't believe how much you produce!!!! Literally everything you make looks fabulous. I have been working on a new menu plan for total at-home cooking, no eating out. This kind of dish is what I would usually order out, and then I'd make super easy stuff at home. I CAN do better, but recently I haven't. my husband is a hunter, so I make this with ground venison. my husband is also NOT a gravy person, but I made this anyway because it looked so good. this is now one of his favorite ways to eat venison. so far we've had it 1/2 dozen times this fall/winter and it's GREAT every time.......Thanks AB!

I made this a little while ago and served it up with some garlic mashed potatoes; it came out freaking amazing with the gravy. The patty itself was also very delicious. Love this recipe.
