How did I miss this video?? This looked totally epic. Nice vlogging too... it's always hard holding the camera when you're that tired. I've got to ask you and Alex all about this hike next time we hang 😀
Splendid! It was nice you had been here in PERU :) Salkantay is my next trip in the future. As a Peruvian, any challenge is worth it! A great video! Claps for you!
Hola Liz. Loving your videos. Maybe simple question...Am i correct in assuming you're using a drone for foto's too? The views and photography are top class. ty
Congratulation on being able to push yourself that hard. Looks like it was worth it considering all you saw. You don’t see that on a bus that’s for sure. Thank you for going through it to show us. Can’t wait for the next video.
I think there are more touristy ones - such as the Inca Trail to Machu Micchu (or from what I hear the Rainbow mountain). This trek is definitely up there with the touristy ones, but i feel it attracts a cool crowd since it's still quite long and hard. I think the majority of people just take the bus/train to Aguas Calientes from Cusco
Loved your video, 🙏. A few comments though: • You didn’t get to any summit, you hiked by the Salkantay Pass, the highest point along the trek, but not a summit. • The elevation of the above pass is 4629 meters, not as you said 4629 yards. It is actually 5062 yards, even higher than you thought. • It seemed that you didn’t use a pair of hiking sticks. Wouldn’t you consider that a bad decision?
