Here's an out of the ordinary way to enjoy your favorite rolled sushi. Super easy but packed with umami. The Unagi sauce is optional but will take your sushi bake to a different level. If it's hard to find Furikake rice seasoning, try avocado or cucumber. The avocado will add creaminess and the cucumber will add freshness to your dish. The baking dish used in the video is 24x24cm, but the recipe will fit into 32x25cm baking dish.
Bake it, scoop it, eat it.
Ingredients:
~Sushi Rice~
2 cups Koshihikari rice
300ml water
2 inches Kombu or Kelp (optional)
~Sushi Rice Seasoning~
1/4 cup rice vinegar
2 tbsp white sugar
1 tsp salt
~Salmon-Kani Topping~
1 salmon fillet
6pcs Kanikama or crab sticks
2 tbsp creamcheese
2 tbsp sour cream
1/4 cup Japanese mayo
1 tbsp Siracha
