[Ingredients]
・Cooked rice : 1 serving
・Salmon fillet : 1
[1.Dashi chazuke/Broth/Soup stock]
・Water : 150g
・Dashinomoto : 1g (Bonito fish soup stock )
・Soy sauce : 5g
・Mirin : 5g
[2.Using brown rice tea/green tea]
・Green tea (* I used brown rice tea with green tea powder.)
[Condiments / Toppings]
・Green onion
・Dried seaweed
・White sesame seeds
・Grated wasabi

There are two types of Ochazuke, so I was worried about how to express it in the video.
It doesn't look much different.
But when you eat it, the taste is completely different.

今回は、プロが作る「鮭茶漬け(緑茶と出汁茶漬け2つの作り方)」の簡単な作り方を紹介します。
■鮭茶漬け(緑茶と出汁茶漬け2つの作り方)[レシピ 1人前]
[材料]
・ご飯 : 1人前
・鮭の切り身 : 1枚
[1.だし茶漬けの出汁]
・水 : 150g
・だしの素 : 1g
・醤油 : 5g
・みりん : 5g
[2.緑茶のお茶漬け]
・緑茶や日本茶 (*動画で私は玄米茶の抹茶パウダー入りを使いました。)
[調味料/トッピング]
・青ネギ
・海苔
・白ごま
・わさび

お茶漬けは2つの種類があるので、動画ではどうやって表現するか悩みました。
見た目のあまり変わらないですよね。
でも食べると味は全く別物です。
出汁のお茶漬けは出汁が美味しいです。
お茶のお茶漬けは、あなたの好みのお茶を使うと好みの味になります。
今回は2つの作り方をまとめてみました。(´▽`*)

Thanks for the video. Not sure about the 玄米茶, but houjucha may do. A quick question: why do you cook fish over a parchment paper instead of placing it directly onto the frying pan?

Thank you for your comment! There are two personal reasons for me to cook fish on parchment paper. 1.Parchment paper allows you to cook fish without the use of vegetable oil or olive oil. 2. I don't have a luxury frying pan! Therefore, there is a concern that the fish will burn or stick to the frying pan. This is why I use parchment paper.(´▽`*) I used brown rice tea in the video, You can also make ochazuke with houjicha! Also, if you change the tea, the taste and flavor of Ochazuke will change, which is interesting! Arigato-!
