羅美菜 Romen lettuce-6片
蒜頭 Garlic-3粒
馬鈴薯 Potato-150g
鮭魚 Salmon-1/2片
香菜 Cilantro-1把
美乃滋 Mayonnaise-2大匙
橄欖油 Olive oil-1大匙
起司粉 Parmesan-10g
檸檬汁 Lemon juice-1小匙
牛奶 Milk-2小匙
砂糖 Sugar-1/3小匙
鹽巴&黑胡椒 Salt&Pepper-適量
麵包 Bread-1片
奶油 Butter-15g
鹽巴 Salt-少許
Preparation
(1) 150g of potato, peel off the skin
(2) Cut potato into small dices
(3) Soak potato dices in water for 5 minutes
(4) 6 leaves of romaine lettuce, cut into pieces
(5) 1 slice of bread, cut into deices
(6) 1/2 of salmon steak, remove pin bones and skin (save the skin)
(7) Cut the salmon into chunks
(8) Sprinkle some salt on salmon and fish skin, marinate them for 15 minutes
(9) (Moments later) Wipe off excess water on salmon before pan-frying them
Instructions-bread
(1) 15g of butter
(2) Put to medium low heat
(3) Add bread dices
(4) Sprinkle some salt
(5) Fry until golden brown
(6) Take out the bread first
Instructions-potato/salmon
(1) Tilt a pan
(2) Add 2 tbsp of Olive oil
(3) Add 3 cloves of garlic
(4) Put to low heat
(5) Fry until golden brown
(6) Take out the garlic first
(7) Put frying pan back to normal status
(8) Turn on the stove again
(9) Add potato dices
(10) Season with some salt
(11) Fry until golden brown
(12) Take out the potato dices first
(13) Add salmon chunks and skin in the frying pan
(14) Fry until golden brown
(15) Take them out first
Instructions-Ceasar sauce
(1) 3 fried garlic, crush them into nearly puree status
(2) Add 10g of parmesan cheese
(3) Add 2 tbsp of mayonnaise
(4) Add 1/3 tsp of sugar
(5) Add 1 tsp of lemon juice
(6) Add 2 tsp of milk
(7) Mix them well
(8) Add 1 tbsp of olive oil
(9) Some salt & pepper
Combine
(1) Put romaine lettuce pieces underneath
(2) Drizzle some Caesar cause, mix the sauce with lettuce
(3) Add fried potato dices
(4) Break crispy fried fish skin into pieces and add them into salad bowl
(5) Add fried salmon
(6) Add fried bread
(7) Drizzle some more sauce
(8) Mix them well
(9) Plating
