Time for a crowd pleaser! A super easy savory quiche with two types of salmon, fresh and smoked. Made with amazing Alaskan smoked MSC sockeye salmon, caught at Cook Inlet by our Fish Tales friend and fisherman Brian Chase. Have it for lunch, dinner or even Sunday breakfast! Enjoy.

I used to eat salmon quiche at this bakery shop and it taste nothing and horrid! really wanted to try one so I hope I will make it :)

I never make a quiche cuz they're usually so lame but Bart yours is making me want to give it another go for fun! Looks delicious! Wondering about docking the puff pastry? I thought you had to prick the bottom all over with a fork so it wouldn't rise?

Can we use chicken instead of salmon??? it might be difficult to get the smoked salmon here...how chicken quiche will teast??

dvnultimate I usually use Koopmans, never had any. problems with it.

I lived in Alaska for 19 years....the sockeye ( or as we called them "reds" are the best in the world). This is superb....thanks Bart.

No, but make sure to make it greasy before adding your pastry, otherwise it will stick to the tin
