Great shoe for fishing in, launching and retrieving the boat where you always get wet shoes....theyre awesome for a day on the water without compromising foot comfort.
hi, my foot length is 26.5 cm, i am thinking of buying salomon amphibian bold 2 and xa pro 3d v8, should i choose 44 which corresponds to 1 cm larger in size
As a size, did you prefer a smaller size than other shoes, should you choose a size closer to the length of your foot because it is a shoe like a sock?

Hi, thanks for the review. Would you say this shoe is a good idea for summer "sightseeing" in city. Like, going on a summer holiday to see historical sights, city and so on? Or even in general as an option when you want more breathing during warm weather? I do not plan necessarily to use them a watershoe. Thanks

@@wilsonlyt5765 hi Wilson! After reading up on the shoes through various sites and reviews, I decided not to get them. There seemed to be some issues with durability and grip. Sizing was a little strange for some people. So I ended up getting the Merrell Choprock Shandals which fit my needs better and offered more airiness. They are very comfy, have a Vibram outsoles with larger lugs and water drains out of them quickly if wet. I’m glad I went with them instead. Sorry I can’t be of much help!
@@argo60 Thanks Jason. I have searched on some merrell shoes too. However, most videos I found were almost 4 or even 5 years ago and I know that they have water shoes alike of sport shoes or hiking shoes. Were those in your consideration or just straight off for sandals?
Thank you for ur honest review. I want to know how long does it take to completely dry? And does dust, sand and debris enter the shoe? How does it perform in mud? Keep going, love from Bangladesh..😇
They dry very fast, but it depends on the weather of course, with high humidity it takes a little longer. Sand and dust will definitely enter the shoe, but easy to take it out. Lastly, pretty OK in mud. They do not have an aggressive outsole, but they are decent anyway. THANK YOU!
Solid! Also I use them only during summer because where I live there’s no warm weather year round. I still like them very much and other than a small hole because I got stuck on thorns, the shoes are still 100%fine
The insoles are held in the shoe by three sticky patches in the area of forefoot. I removed them (very gently, unstick the glue), as the original insoles are very flat and I need to use orthopedic insoles.

That's a real bummer. Salomon filled this niche products and is a master at it. Getting gulped up by a large monster usually takes away that quality and inventiveness. But, time will tell. Anta itself only makes uninspring middle of the road stuff, so maybe that's why they acquired it, to up their own products?
