Hi Aditi, I made the caramel sauce but I think I took it too far.... It tastes little bitter. I wanted to use it as a filling in chocolate but I don't think it will work. Is there any way to fix this?
Just keep an eye and try it a few times you’ll get use to it. Keep everything ready when its lil darker than amber in colour just start putting the rest of the ingredients. Even if the caramel gets a little bitter when put in the cake along with other things it tastes fine
