Welcome to 2016! Let's cover ourselfs in pain!
Okay. That was too much. To be honest I'm not even sure about this video (I also don't remember when I've been sure about any my videos though). I didn't know if I should upload it or not, but I just didn't want all the work go to waste, so why not? Maybe someone (who will be patient enough to watch 6 minute video) will like it.
The thing is that I've started watch Supernatural when s8 has been airing so I haven't had a chance to give a proper tribute to these amazing 5 seasons. This video turned out kinda Dean's POV, I didn't plan it, but it just happened. Maybe later I will make another one with focusing more on Sam.. And just these 5 seasons contain so many storylines, there are plenty I want to vid! Okay, but back to the video. I decided to keep coloring really simple, because I didn't want anything that could've distracted from the main point. Somehow I think not many will like this video, but I ejoyed working on it and it was nice (by "nice" I mean 'I felt like someone's crushing my heart and throwing it into the fire") to go through this amazing journey again, to remember all the feels. The ending is unoriginal as hell, but I didn't want it to be original. We all know Swan Song was perfect.
Oh damn, I hope you at least manage to watch the full video. 6:30, seriously? somebody please stop me

I can't say it enough: You just get it. You get this show, and you get its characters, you understand them so perfectly and manage to show so many facettes of that incredible relationship in so few minutes that I don't get why they haven't yet discovered and hired you. Where I had feels in the show, your videos make me cry buckets. Where I cried in the show, well... your videos make me cry even more. Your video is full of a lot of love for the first five seasons which I share. Back then, Supernatural was beautifully designed as a epic story of brotherly love. The show has been trying to come up with something new in its place since then but nothing the writers can ever come up with could fill in the void left behind by the first five seasons.

Just two days ago I was having feels about the five first seasons and now I watch this and I can't stop crying. This is a wonderful tribute. The song goes perfectly with the atmosphere of these seasons. Now I want to watch them again and cry a little bit more about the Winchester brothers.

Yay! Another video! Makes me miss the early seasons. There was so much hop, which you showed in this video. If someone were to make a Season 6-10 journey video, it'd be angsty and painful but there'd still be hope, which I think is a testament to one of themes of the show and how they always fight through it, together. Alina this video is so moving one of the most moving pieces of art I've watched. The song, the timing, the framing of Sam and Dean's relationship, it's like getting a distilled droplet to drink of what it feels like to love someone. Any sort of love, brotherly, platonic, parent/child, lover, soulmate. This vid made my heartache and made me shudder with that feeling. The moment where Dean says "I just want you to be okay!" When you love someone and you're worried about them, the inflection that's in there and the emotions the music brings with it, that right there is what one feels! Just pure love and altruism. Art is wonderful I think it's so important and I love to have a helping of it everyday, and everyone so often it just hits the chord so right that it makes me want to burst into tears. Hayley ^_^

The voice overs are by far the best I've ever seen come out from your work! They went so smoothly into transitioning seasons or problems that Sam and Dean faced. Not only that, but they also showed the brother's desires, like when Dean says something along the lines of "I wish you could have that innocence too" and it switches scenes to Sam having to kill Madison ;-; man you really nailed it

I have chills right now. And I'm crying. And I am once again in awe of your incredible talent. This whole video is incredible, but the final section, with the layering of Swan Song and what has come before - an absolute masterpiece. This is an immediate and solid favourite video of mine, from all of the videos I've seen in this fandom. I will rewatch this again and again. If you were to do a s6-s10 arch I would be in heaven, but if not this is more than enough. You are a treasure to this fandom; thank you.

I'm so touched I can't tell! and I'm reaaaally happy you like the final part, because it's the part which's been worrying me the most. At one point I wanted to keep Swan Song finale as it was and at the same time of course I couldn't keep the whole scene, so I had to cut it in parts and I was worried if it would make it too crumpled. That was more beautiful than I can say.Call me a freak, but for me, supernatural is one of the most beautiful shows.Because of this.Because of THEM.I am SO proud an thankful to be a part of this fandom, because it is maybe the best I have ever been in.And if someone ever insults this show, show them this.It explains everything.I cried while watching it, look how far they've come.And how much they have to process.And how much they love each other.Maybe one day, I will tell my children the story about two brothers, two brothers against the world.Against everything (better without the scary af part) who did everything just to be together. And that is the real story of supernatural.

Wow. This has just reminded me how much Sam has sacrificed. Everyone always talks about how much Dean has sacrificed- and that is a valid conversation to have- but I've seen so many people say that Sam is motivated for purely selfish reasons- and that is simply not true. The look on his face when he was about to throw himself into the Pit... that hit me hard when I was watching this video. He literally willingly threw himself into the cage with Lucifer and Michael, never expecting to escape. If you're asking me, that's pretty much the ultimate sacrifice. I just feel like Sam doesn't get enough love and appreciation from most fans- so thank you for making this vid which shows the love that both Sam and Dean have for each other- this is absolutely beautiful.

I mean he was ready not just to die, he put himself to never ending torture, it's hard to describe the scale of this action

Okay, I watched it several times now and I wrote down my comment while watching so sue me for any grammar mistakes. Alina... This video shows the perfect arc of season 1-5. What it all has been about: the family. Sam and Dean. The brothers. Their destiny. How they struggled and dealt with it and how they always tried to protect each other and more important, that it was a two sided thing and not only one sided. Dean cared about Sammy and Sammy about Dean. Oh god, I love it. The music in the backround and the storytelling. I’m in awe, hun. You did an amazing job with it. Thank god you posted this video ! Personally, I didn't feel the 6 minutes. This is a beautiful vid about five beautiful seasons. It makes me so nostalgic, but also very happy. I had a smile on my face during the whole time. It's a serious vid, but it's not really sad, it's full of simple smiles, the car, the road, happy times, difficult times, emotional quotes, Swan song's ending, hope. Everything I love so much. You did an amazing job

omg I'm crying too many feels....you captured all the beauty of their relationship....I started this show when the 4th season just started so these seasons have a special place in my heart and actually they are the best seasons especially considering the fact that it was supposed to end at season 5, but it would have been way too tragic I guess, but still beautiful.

+ladycopine I know what you mean, I think almost for everybody these 5 seasons are closer to heart. They are just perfect. Don't tell anyone or i might be murdered,but somtimes I wish it would've ended at season 5. Swan Song was just perfect. All the roads lead there and it captured true soul of supernatural. I just can't imagine how they will end the show in better way.
