Ditto this, although IMO Mark has been a bit of a bummer in the past few months. I realize his career was just taking off when the pandemic hit, and after years of earning his chops that must have been frustrating--but dude. His material has been so angry and borderline right-wing chud, focusing heavily on so-called CaNcEL CuLTuRE and #MeToo, I'm starting to wonder if he's anticipating some kind of accusation. After losing D'Elia (a lot of these guys never liked him but I was a huge fan) that would just suck arse, but I remember that before any girls came forward Chris was grousing about people getting cancelled too. I sincerely hope I'm wrong, and that whatever is driving Mark's pessimistic (and almost misogynistic) attitude gets resolved. I'd love to watch his star rising to new heights with Joe and Sam next year when comedy clubs re-open. The three of them are brilliant comics, and their friendship is a thing of beauty to behold.

2022 is his year

"I Got This" is one of the best, most unrelenting and perfectly paced specials I can think of. Sam is an absolute gem, I've paused this so I can savor it in the morning while I'm cooking my sad little mini-feast for Thanksgiving.
