Motivation fades.Don’t rely on it. Instead build discipline so it can sustain you through your work. Start small and build confidence in yourself and your own words as you accumulate wins.
The first time I lifted weights I was very sore afterwards I didn't lift shit again. Fast forward a couple of months later I started doing push ups From 10 everyday. Now I knock out 150-200 everyday. No matter how I feel like This guy is right. You build discipline don't hope for it
