Thanks Sam! You told the absolute truth about "it." Others may have said it, but none spelt it out the way you have. Truly, I have lost some 28 years jumping around the shiny objects since the down of the net, lost nothing less than $1.5 m over these years. Now as I write this I have several programs I bought just last month, opened on my desktop daily, confused as to which to work on and often accomplishing nothing each day. Thanks for saying it as it ought to - An invaluable Advice. I wish I can consult with you. May be! But now I am absolutely broke.

I like Sam's videos, however when I scheduled a "live" video they tried to present Sam as being live on the training but it was really a previously recorded video with Sarah Brudnicki actually being the only person on the call. I'm ok with prerecorded videos but not when they are presented deceptively as live.

Awesome Video Sam, thank you for sharing. I have major A.D.D! I actually managed to build a small Coaching Business based on what NOT to do, because I’d worked Online for about 15 years, been involved with roughly 106 different ‘Income Opportunities’ (not all were proper Businesses) and I managed to lose in excess of £250,000 (GBP) during those 15 years - most of which was during the first 10 years. I used to hop in to different stuff all the time & I usually had around 12 things on the go at any one time. INSANE right!? As it happens, I was diagnosed with Bowel Cancer last year - which I found out can develop & grow due to stress, which I obviously had a LOT of, because nothing was working very well (financially). However, I’m just about to start my ‘Curtain Call’ Business.... it’s Amazon! I have absolutely no intention on jumping to anything else and although my Cancer isn’t terminal, I have a totally focused ‘do or die’ attitude with this last Business. I NEED to leave a legacy for my daughter - a Cancer Diagnosis kinda reminds you that you’re not immortal & helps you reevaluate your priorities. Once again Sam, thank you for the poignant reminder, the inspiration, the motivation & for the great explanation of what I’ve clearly suffered from for many, many years - it’s a killer!

commitment takes a gut or experience at least. no one can commit to something until they experience niche hopping and what it has done to them and how time waste it is. i came to conclusion after 6 months of trying to choose a niche and i saw the results too. got me nowhere. now i'm stuck to network marketing for 3 months and i see myself getting improved every month when i look back. i'm not saying i didn't get value from your video on the contrary i'm thrilled to get such a knowledge . it also confirmed my experience even more, that i'm not the only one getting distracted by shiny objects every entrepreneur was there before. btw i'm fascinated of watching every video of yours, how can you provide so much value in a short video, plz don't stop, it's like free mentoring for people who can't afford yet.

Well I'm wrinting from the third world, and I have to accept, YOU ARE TOTALLY RIGHT SAM! we are so volatile, we wanT faster results with the minimun effort, we don't want to master the real things of the world, sales and create value. Pherhaps this syndrome it's gonna intesify during the next decades, because the new generations (including mine) are quite energetics, we believe that we can achieve it, just because the fact that somebody else did get succed, but we do not wanna master cappacities (as the succed people did), also this effect can be described as the iceberg effect, we can't messurate the hole volume of ice (in comparation with success we can not measurate the effort and the time used on the project). thanks a lot for the words Sam, this words are very easy to understand and even it's easier to masterized or innerized your message. greetings from Colombia.

It deflated me I thought it was pathetic he didn't secure me as a lead for his training. I think there's a big opportunity to cut through guru hype. Dropshipping works its just the landscape is/has changed.

For most of your content, I find it easy to think oh bla bla bla Sam's just winging it. He got lucky because being a consultant's consultant is one of those importance squared niches where so long as you make money, people will be sure you have the golden egg and pay you more to chase the dream, which feeds your advertising budget, giving you an ever expanding pool of dreamers. But you prove there's value, and this video really clarifies why. You're right, the grass is greener when you water it, and being aware of what will and won't change is critical. When I started focusing on developing an operating system for real-time visualisation, I knew it was safe to focus on because Microsoft and Apple can't change, they cannot follow my trajectory and do better because they're stuck on their own mountain which is focused on maximising quarterly profits. I'm for the long term, and believe the value cannot be ignored. I'm waiting to see other competitors, but increasingly confident that I offer something important. I've dedicated a lot of time to this mountain and I'm yet to make a dollar from it, but thank you for reminding me that niche hopping is not a solution. Elon Musk lived on a couch while developing PayPal (iirc), and it only takes one genuine success to get the ball rolling. It's a damn heavy ball though. My question for you: How can one get paid for progress? Or is the money always only attainable once the flagship product is complete (v1) ? And where can we find easy cash to keep us alive in the interim? You say you lived in your parent's garage like it's a negative, but it evidently gave you the time you needed.

1. don’t be a niche jumper (don’t be an ADD psychopath). the grass isn’t greener on the other side, it’s green where you water it. don’t be distracted, don’t compare your chapter 1 to other’s 50 2. Focus on long term classic things that don’t change: bringing value via solving problems
