I wish you well Sam. I am the longest living survivor in the world at the moment 47 years since I was diagnosed in St Vincent's Hospital, Dublin. With motor neuron disease. It was hell. The first few years. Then I started to accept my condition. I still got some abilities that I treasure. I wish you the same life expectancy. Andy McGovern.

Hello Sam, you are a brave person being able to tell your story…I would be welling up from the beginning. Your son will also have this video of you to look at and know his dad was a strong person who loved him. Best wishes to you and your partner.
