Sam's one-take thought: Young people are growing up music poor, and we need to find a way to fix it 

I totally agree with you about the issue with young people are being over exposed to real crappy music and all the implications you raised. Well, I ended up here at your vid being a 52 year old The Warning fan who had not yet the chance to see them live over here in Europe. And me too noticed from the countless live recordings of the Warnings gigs I watched this year that their audience is quite old (which means older than me,. of course ;-) ). However, there are 2 things I'd like to add: There are the occasional youngsters in audience brought by parents and I am sure they don't only bring their kids to The Warning concerts. So there is hope there. The second thing you mentioned yourself when you came across The Warning touring with Halestorm and The Pretty Reckless: The Warning really got out of their cave for the first time this year with the pandemic obliterating their initial plans for 2020. They are young and they are using every occasion to make themselfs heard - I think they played more than 100 gigs in the US and Canada in 2022. But they only started, even with their 3rd album out they only recently hatched. Sure, the grammys would have been a big boost for them (see, I watched that too). But I think we need a little more patience (didn't they open for GnRs recently?). I already found The Warning on the line-up of 2 big rock festivals in Germany in 2023 ...
