@@ChasingLions_because you probably aren’t interested in philosophy, and are interested into fitness, and for fitness it involves dedication and time and a good mindset for you to achieve your goals. So it’s pretty typical to hear this kind of stuff, and also not all philosophers are this way
It's gets to the point where you feel stress and anxiety when you DON'T lift. That's how you know it's officially a permanent aspect of your life. Unless you're like me and you develop tendinitis in your elbow and are forced to take extended time off and then get depressed from losing gains and let yourself fall out of your routine. Moral of the story: Don't be like me.
The gym rat's mantra. For the ultimate physique you need to make the gym the central focus of your life. Most people don't want to do it. "Everyone wants to be a bodybuilder but no one wants to lift no heavy ass weight"
central focus of your life has a slight negative connotation but youre actually right! funny thing is the alternative reality is my horror movie. college-gym, work-gym, life-gym.. gym will always be a constant in our lives. May God give us the longetivity and continued zest for the gym life!
@@MrShyghost It's a choice some people make and seemingly can't put on enough muscle ever. Most others would want to transform into the original pic of him. The average dude does not want the scale to go up too much, but to each his own.
@@tigeryumyums9407what if you have a family member who’s dying at the same time? Like your mother? Seems like a reason to miss at that point. As you’ll see your son plenty of times afterwards but not your dying mother
@@hectorgarcia966what if your wife & child die while giving birth & you aren’t there? It’s not like giving birth is necessarily the safest thing in the world. But I get your point
When you truly have goals, your entire existence will mold and bend around what you are driven to do. It's amazing how much time you find for things you want when you're truly looking for it.
meh, you can live a long life as a steroid user, look at golden era bbers for instance. but sam, he is gonna have to make changes in his diet and he blasts for too long. if he makes it past his early twenties living the way he does now, he’ll likely run into some problems, but if his body dismorphia or will to live isn’t terrible he could easily become smarter and wiser and start limiting himself too certain milder roids and do low dosage blasts and trt only and live at least past his 50s.
@@bjolly8924literally everyone knows he’s on gear lol I’ve never understood his popularity though seems weird. But I guess I used to watch Rich Piana videos bc I thought they were goofy and funny. But I don’t think that’s why ppl like this dude 🤔
If he's smart he will be on statin and hypertensive meds. If you can mitigate blood pressure and cholesterol damage steroids aren't so bad even in high doses. All the CVD and kidney disease is due to blood pressure. Then liver if you overdo the oral steroids which most bodybuilders just opt to inject so bypasses the liver. Plus the liver can regenerate unlike heart kidneys and blood vessels.
It's called discipline. Anyone who is dead tired with burning eyes, and the want to just be a couch potato, but yet you drag yourself to the gym and get a work out in. That feeling after is incredibke
Dude probably has 10 years left to live, tops. It’s sad man. And if he does make it long term, he’s gonna suffer hard and have no kids to help him through it. Not worth it man. You just need a healthy, natural cut. What he does is awful.
Bro starting the day with a lift starts you off in a progress mind set. You progressed for yourself. Then even going to work for $15/hr isn’t so bad. It really makes you more lighthearted and happy to work. You stay in a get shit done mindset all day. It makes me infinitely more productive everyday I start with a pump.🎉
I’m kind of the same with running, the only thing is I try my best to not let it get in the way of my relationship with God, so I will always pray and read my Bible before I run.
Looking at his old prom photo to him now is scary. Thats so much juice he's literally tripled in size and his upper body just looks inflamed and inflated. Really terrible, nobody seems to acknowledges his obvious OVER usage of it
Or just have it worked into your schedule. Having to ask when on every planned workout day leaves a lot of room for potential missed lifts, or sacrificing sleep which is going to be a bad trade
He actually does eat well. It's not the typical body builder diet but he does well. The results speak for themselves. The steroids don't build the muscle. You still have to work for it.
he didn’t use the word health once in this video. He was strictly talking about long term gym progress, which clearly blasting gear and eating messy has been working for him in that regard.
@@Hhhlll7778 I think he is speaking in terms of just muscle mass and he is correct in saying the steroids don't do the work for you.they just allow you to train harder and recover faster.
Because he's genuine, humble, gives great advice when it comes to lifting. And leaves the steroid talk out of it. Everyone knows he does it so he doesn't have to talk about it. He focuses his videos on what it takes physically to gain mass
@@dylanlabelle8320 so he doesn't talk about the main reason he's so big ?😂 steroids are the reason he can train and recover so quickly that's only reason he's so big all his other advice is worthless
This is what making the gym and your body an idol looks like. Make sure to take care of your soul and take time to love those around you as well brothers
I'm at the point now where I have trouble stopping myself going on my rest day and I go 6 days a week. Wish I could go everyday but I don't want to over-train.
Just go everyday bro if you do a push/pull/leg split its actually beter to train everyday because you'll be profiting more of supercompensation. Also why torture yourself and take a restday. Just listen to your body if you need a restday take it, if you dont need it just go gym, your mentality will also get better that way.
If you really want to go every day why not just cut some volume from a few of your other days and add it to the 7th day? Or use that day to bring up a lagging muscle if you're advanced enough to have that problem
Heyyy that's a creepy thing to say. Man's pursuing his dream and may have the genetics to go far in his field of work. Even if he doesn't, he lifts and makes money from yt, living the dream. I certainly wouldn't take peds but your weird fantasy of child Sam should remain an unspoken fantasy. Get help
@@rockyevans1584 Creepy? Fuck you, you POS. You're probably one of those Q-Anon international pedophilia conspiracy people. You have a disgusting mind. For everyone else, I obviously meant he looked much better before he juiced himself up. He seems like a nice, intelligent guy. I hope he doesn't ruin his health like so many other bodybuilders have.
There are certain truths which are permanent and universal, the only question is how long it takes a person to reach those nirvana points of progress. There is no rule saying you must be very old to realize things, but it does take everyone a progressive amount of time.
You also mature depending on time to think. Most have around 5 hours a day. So that's why homeschooled people are usually more intelligent they've had like 15 years to think everyday all day long instead of the 5 most get.
this is what i struggled with most about the gym. its literally just fitting it into my schedule. im never too lazy to go, i just get frustrated when i have to shift my routines and relaxation because of it.
Lol that hate about steroids in this comment section, let everybody do with their body what they want. You are crying about PEDs too much. Steroids are big part of bodybuilding and they will be.
True, but on your off days, if there is such a thing, you can swim for an hour, hike for an hour, jump rope, shadow box, put the weights down and do calisthenics, train neglected parts, like neck, wrists, fingers and toes, stretch, yoga, cold plunges, even being totally natural you can stay active and improve daily.
@@RandosWelcomePodcastChannel ooow no im going great man😁😅 i was just saying cant skip a day either tbh. But the progress is lit✌️✌️💪💪💯💯 sometimes i will change my split up a bit. But the one im doing now is great. No rest days needed💪
Never skip the gym. I’m Up at 4am everyday got to bed at 11pm. Have two kids and wife and full time job as computer engineer… no matter how tired I am I get in the gym at 3. Good advice Sam. The more you make it a habit the harder it’s to break.
Two, very profound statements made by this young man here. 1. "Make room for the rest of your life". Essentially, ALWAYS focus on goals first. 2. "Raise the bar of your new normal". In other words, it should be *automatic* to pursue your goals.
@@Vlokkiee 💯% He's seems to be real and with personality, trains hard and doesn't conceal his PED use and don't promote it. And he's pretty likable and sometimes provides good advise, so no reason to hate. He's free to do whatever he wants with his own body but that doesn't mean I'm going to do the same just because I follow him🤷
Cry more, steroids are part of bodybuilding for 50 years. If you are dumb and you are taking steroids in 18 years, its your fault and u deserve to destroy your body. If you can take steroids u can read about it
This is actually sad, IMO. If ANYTHING interferes with your personal life, it's an unhealthy addiction. Just because it's considered "exercise", If you're sacrificing relationships, your health(ironically in this case), finances(PED$), etc, it's literally the "textbook" definition of addiction. Coming from a guy(me) with body dismorphia and addiction history, it's a very slippery slope. You're young brother, and you're slowly shortening your life expectancy with each exogenous hormone you're abusing. You should talk to a professional therapist. You'll look back on your youth and have regret; I promise. I wish you the best brother 🙏
An hour a day of gym cant interfere with your personal life dude. Even 2 hours a day cant. Its no different to having a hobby, or like most people simply spending 2 hours a day doing absolutely nothing. If youre incapable of maintaining your personal life because you spend a couple hours a day doing something then youre going to have a hard life. Sure for sam it might be an addiction, but simply "going to the gym every day no matter what" isnt an addiction or unhealthy, its just basic discipline.
He’s clearly more successful than you so I’d rather apply his mindset to other things in life and actually be practical and successful and not bitch about “addictions” like you, success should be your addiction
Its damn impressive that the guy has that much mass and conditioning at the age of 21 (regardless of drugs use) But the guy looks like hes in his damn 30's.

Cuz he doesn't promote steroids, it's his personal choice to use them and he knows the effects of them so he doesn't want to push a potentially dangerous agenda on his audience. That's y his videos r about wholesome gym advice
@@manlike_dsp9617Yeah I agree, he has a mostly younger audience, talking about his cycles would just encourage them to try it. Its better just to not talk about it sometimes.

Im 20 and work 40+ hours a week standing up I enjoy going to work the people and the laughs, also it’s healthy to not be sitting most of the day we’re supposed to be upright it’s our natural form even when I stopped going to the gym last year I was still in good shape just from not sitting all day
As someone who finally decided to get my health back on track on July of 2023, I lost over 40 lbs so far (started at 300lbs) I just got covid and this last week going from 5 days a week to none in the gym is horrible. I hope I can get back into the swing when I am better
A turning point for my physique came when i started structuring my days around the gym. Ofc there Are days i just cant, but its just about how bad you want to achieve/maintain your desired physique.
Yeah, pretty much always went to the gym, especially when I was bulking during a semester of college. I figured it was a given for the rest of my life. I don't really have that time to regularly go given my schedule and job, but I still manage to be there maybe twice a week. My strength has been pretty stagnant but my maxes are still the highest they've ever been.
