I actually would like to see a VS Match up between them. I think it would be very interesting to see a Death Battle or something else like that with them.
Jeannie. She can pop into Tony's meetings and talk to him. Nobody knows she is there because she hides in a cup or similar item. But I wouldn't want to cross either one.
Yeah but Samantha could just be invisible like she did a lot of times and no one would know she was there. Plus Samantha could do all kinds of spells, incantations, hand gestures to execute the magic - especially twitching her nose LOL!!. All Jeannie could do to perform magic was fold her arms and blink .
@@tonybuc67 Untrue. She didn't have to fold her arms everytime. Could Samantha talk to Darrin while she was invisible and not freak him out? I don't think so. He hated her being a witch.
@@danicegewiss862 who cares if Darren hated her being a witch. She still was way more powerful than Jeannie. She also had Serena, Endora, Uncle Arthur and all her other aunts and the whole witch/warlock world to back her up.
Concerning sheer power, world encompassing magic, the winner is Jeanie. She could materialize big things from nothing well beyond anything Samantha (or Endora) ever did. Samantha had superior mastery of subtle effects, temporary transformations and materializations. They are modernizations of two different mythological creatures: Jeanie is like Aladin's genie, or like Paribanou, while Samantha is like Cinderella's godmother. The power of the godmother is much more limited and the gifts more temporary than those of the genie. On the other hand, Samantha had a better understanding of the modern world.
Samantha. She's more capable. She can go invinsible anytime or walk through a wall without effort. Sam's people can manipulate the actions of mortals. She is also very intelligent. Jeannie is cute, but I sometimes wonder who is the master, Tony or Jeannie. Put Jeannie in a safe or her bottle, she's trapped. Sam would merely teleport out. Love the clip at 7:30. Haskel bugged Sam. He challenged Sam not to show her face again. He shouldn't have done that. Sam bugged him in her own way. 🙂
Jeannie can alter time itself by making every day Sunday or by starting days over and changing events! Everything they showed Sammantha doing, Jeannie could do! However, Jeannie lost some of her powers by marrying a mortal, in that respect, Sammantha had an advantage! I liked Sammantha and Endora but couldn't stand either of the "Durwoods"! With I Dream of Jeannie, I loved the whole cast, even Amanda Bellows!
I know Tabitha must treat Jeannie nicely, caring, kindly, fairly, and equally. Jeannie must help Tabitha learn to stand up for herself against bullying in school without using her magic. Jeannie must talk to Tabitha's teachers school bullying must stop immediately showing why they must protect Tabitha.
OK here goes: both witch 🧙♀️ and genie 🧞♂️ were blonde; both witch 🧙♀️ and genie were drop-dead gorgeous; both witch 🧙♀️ and genie 🧞♂️ were powerful. The difference❓️ The witch 🧙♀️, Samantha, was SMART. The genie 🧞♂️, Jeannie, was, well, NOT smart; she was naive and mischievous. I prefer Samantha, hands 👐 down.
well I always say SAmamnth awas more powerful....... sure she could get sent back in time AND NOT HAVE POWERS...BUT SHE COULDN'T BE LOCKED IN A SAFE like Jeanie ...
Both great shows both great lovable characters..but in terms of who's more powerful a witch can cast spells but a Jennie like a whole other level almost God like in what they can do without relying on incantations or what not. So Jennie wins
Samantha could easily snap her fingers, put Jeannie back in the bottle, close the bottle shut and drop the bottle at the bottom of the ocean in a blink of an eye.
Jeannie can easily blink her eyes and pop in something that makes Samantha lose her powers. Samantha had a LOT of things that made her lose her powers and made her sick.
