Ex boyfriend needs to come clean. The black guy is innocent. I think hes just somebody that steals and breaks in cars. If he killed her, he woukd have been soaked in blood. This man called the police on himself, gave a confession, motive and provided the doubt for his own alibi but yet someone else is on trial….. All of the elements of Mens Rea are provided between the body cam video and the 911 call 🙄 I wish I would have finished my law degree 💔

He smokes regularly but suddenly it was way too strong for him and he had a psychotic break and suddenly had "delusions" he killed someone? I don't believe that for one second. Anecdotal but the ONLY times I've ever had those high stress reactions from weed/it's way too strong is when I DONT smoke regularly.

There is WAAYYYY TOO MUCH reasonable doubt. I hope this jury makes the right call cuz this defendant could quite possibly be innocent. And I really don’t feel like the defense attorney is doing him any justice by being so rude and ignorant. He makes the jury hate him and that could end horribly for his client.

There is reasonable doubt that the ex-boyfriend did it. My opinion is that the boyfriend is more important to the community, for whatever reason. There would've been missing property if Michael committed this crime.
