Hi Ah Pa! I always look forward to see your sharing on chinese cuisine ❤. In Malaysia, we eat sambal almost on a daily basis. So just sharing a little tip maybe you can try put more of small shallots to blend, add a bit of tamarind paste & replace or reduce white sugar & add gula melaka for the sweet part. The colour & taste of the sambal will surprise your taste buds 😊. Of course u have to agak2 on the measurement to balance out all the elements. Happy trying 😊

What you say😠what the hell you talking😂cook is use the brain, you can determine the chillies hot and spicy or not. You expect in 🌶🌶🌶I ask you question 😒do you see before one type chillies very big size and short sell in dry chillies, it is spicy and hot, or not, do see type chillies before at wet market😤😠you talking very look high yourself, very good in English. Never mind man/men always got this kind, very pride yourself.
