The MDA Labor Day Telethon was an enchanting yearly variety show that ran for half a century. Hosted for many years by Jerry Lewis, the telethon featured top stars from the world of music, comedy, and Broadway and was like no other show on earth.
The telethon was created to help support the Muscular Dystrophy Association, which is leading the fight against muscular dystrophy. MDA dedicates itself to strength, independence and life. To learn more about MDA and to donate, please visit www.MDA.org.

What a great duo. Sammy the world's greatest entertainer and his female equivalent Liza Minnelli. They were sensational together and with Frank Sinatra as the trio "The Ultimate Event." Sammy was the greatest ever. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

The MDA Telethons used to be epic, with stars, performers and singers from yesteryear and every year together for a free show while generating millions for this charity through donation. REAL stars showed up and gave all to support the cause.

Liza in the Rat Pack was to replace Dean Martin, so Sinatra and Davis did songs with her. This period, Dean was already doing his last shows and leaving the stage.

Liza and Sammy are the best besides Judy and Lorna ! I also love to listen to Abba The Beatles The Bee Gees The Rolling Stones Frank Sinatra Dean Martin Bing Crosby Jerry Lewis Tony Bennett Connie Francis among others ! But I really think Liza Lorna are the best singers and Judy was the best singer ! I also love The Monkees and Davy Jones ! Judy met Davy Jones at a party saw the video where Judy danced with young Davy Jones !
