Both can be done on same day..but you need reference I'd on the top of proposal which you'll get only after registration

No.. but generally kisi bhi research me hume min 150 lena hota hai agr research thodi new hai toh... otherwise 100 tak bhi le skte hai agr old research ko modify karke research kar rahe ho toh

Iska ek formula hota to calculate sample size... Sample size =Z² pq/d² where p is prevalence and d is expected error i.e. 8%

Officially you have to write 2-2 months for 2 consecutive years...but you can do the research whenever it's feasible for you ..just it should be finished before August of every year
