Let me make it clear to everyone in this video it doesn’t look as a blocked drain blocked drain you will find a lot of solid ice at the bottom under the heater blocked drain could be 2 things a blocked drain from the back of the fridge there is a drain hoes and a little rubber to avoid hot air going to the fridge if that rubber is blocked by water scales or dust will be very hard to unblock it from the top in the fridge and it will take you so long ,second one drain fridge compartment failing will cause the drainage to be freezing as the drain hoes insulation failed in this case there is a bulletin you can install another heater for the drain or you can instal drain kit to help defrosting the drain , another issue with the rf23 is all the installation between fridge and freezer failing under the evaporator cover as the pipes goes from fridge to frezzer the temperature dropped ice will build up and cause condensation and there for you will always find water under vegetable drawer. More tips about the evaporator If you see solid ice meaning heater is working but drain is not If you see snow ice build up on the all evaporator means fan not working or defrost heater not working or defrost sensor not working , If you see just first line of evaporator covered by snow ice means short of refrigerants or could be poor pumping compressor, blocked condenser elso could cause this you can check doors around if hot hopefully this will help .
Just wondering, NO Drop heater installed, You didn't check the Duck Bill on the end of drain tube, Did not program unit into a longer defrost mode and the Housing Foam looked bad. ??
Hey Mike, this is the fridge I have and this was my problem , not anymore🙏🏾‼️ I’m gonna be in touch soon cause I’m checking out JT and what you guys have put out there 🤑‼️✌🏾,bout to step to these laundromats and start stacking 💰!
theres one more step, you got to go down in the back where it drains into the drain pan and open it up with nippers if you dont you gonna get a recall trust me
They actually make a service kit for this refrigerator, it’s a defrost sensor relocation, some insulation and a metal tab that hangs off into the drain line from the heater, I’ve installed a few of them, and they seem to work
in model sold in eu samsung ha fixed this problem in genius way ;p after clogging drain water is filling on of vegetable box .. days after cleaning my fridge i have found that my groceries have ben swimming in water ;p very cool .. time to DIY this shit !
That does nothing. That's an inclosed housing foam so you need to pull one of the corners and shove steamer to release the cover. And the reason you keep going back is because you need to go behind the fridge and remove the clogged or melted shut grommets that go to the drain.
