The Samsung Galaxy Buds 2 Pro are Samsung’s high-end true wireless earbud offerings for 2022. Though it might sound like hyperbole, these truly are Samsung’s most comfortable and best sounding earbuds to date. The 5.5g weight is easy on the ears and they’re 15% smaller than last gen for a more comfortable fit. The have ANC, 360 degree spatial audio, dual drivers per bud and 3 mics for better outgoing audio. Samsung finally has a true competitor to high end buds from Sony, Apple and Google.

The Buds 2 became SO UNCOMFORTABLE after just a few minutes for me, but the Buds 2 Pro, for me, are so comfortable I hardly notice I’m wearing them. Such an improvement!

I was happily surprised how much I appreciated the subtle changes between these and my former Buds2. My previous pair would slip loose from my ear even with special 3rd party ear tips. The matte texture, tips, and bud shape all make them sit more firmly and easily in my ears. Easily recommended if you can get them through a promo. I love the pass through sound on both, so am glad to have a more comfortable pair to use more often.

Lisa's review along with your experience has sold me on these ear buds. I have been watching alot of porno (without adblock) as per your recommendation but have yet to see a promotion for the Galaxy Buds 2 Pro. I will continue watching and keep my eyes peeled for a promotion but If I dont see anything by next Friday I'm just gonna pay full price.

@@ducklingphallus I paid full price, waiting for mine to arrive. A good pair of wireless buds with the latest technology is a good investment imo, gonna use these to workout since they seem to be the best high end buds for sticking in your ears when you sweat.

I also have to disable voice detect on the original buds pro. I sing too much apparently. Really neat feature but sadly wasted on me.

Always enjoy (and trust) your reviews. Fit of course is always an individual thing. I have the Buds 2 and they are the most comfortable ear buds I've used to date. While I'm overall happy with these, I may have to grab the Buds 2 Pro.

I’ve heard also you could disable one tap controls; I think that’s something all buds with touch controls need. But it’s always good to have controls improved

What would you say? Galaxy Buds 2 pro or sony wf-1000xm4. I have the galaxy buds pro but the anc is not good enough and the fit is terrible. In my country the Sony are cheaper as well haha. What should I get? :)

No, its because plain bluetooth earbuds are ass. The sound cuts out all the time, and the connection drops often. Airpods W1 chip gives a much needed extra layer of connectivity.

I've had many buds from Anker, Sony, Aukey, etc... I'm very happy with Samsung buds 2. ANC was the most surprising how good it is. Kinda kicking myself for not waiting for the pro, but it was cheaper than the pro.

Can you start addressing repairability? I like my Sony earbuds because I can take them apart without destroying them and swap out the battery. Though they aren't as water resistant as most.

I've been using these SO much! I returned the Google Pixel Buds Pro and traded in my older galaxy buds for these ... Such a joy using these and fortunately, I work at a place where I can wear earbuds so I've been using these for podcasts... excellent and very comfortable (for me)

The Pixel Buds Pro are soooo much better than these in the video. I'm considering returning the Galaxy Buds Pro 2's. They don't stay connected to my TV and my Pixel 6 Pro like the Pixel Buds do.

I plan on getting a Fold 4 and a new MacBook soon. I originally decided to get airpods pro a few months ago, then chose to wait it out for the second Gen. But now I see that the galaxy buds pro 2 are also very good, and now I can't decide. Which do you think are the better choice?

Lol, I'm glad someone finally mentioned the horrible fact you can put on Detect Voice. I also always sing along and constantly trigger the ambient going in and out. I hate that feature even though I wish I could use it! lol. Dangit, I just can't help singing along with all my music!

you can turn it off aswell from the app, don't panic, you're gonna sound way too muffled with anc on, but with ambience mode you voice wil sound clearer...

Has anyone else experienced ear discomfort with the buds 2 pro? They fit great but my ear literally feels uncomfortable when I use these. Nk problem with buds+, air pods pro, or pixel buds, but these new ones hurt my ear and I feel it all the way to the neck!

These buds don't match up to the Pixel Buds Pro (which btw are AMAZING and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a good pair of earbuds). I was quite disappointed and like my first gen Galaxy Buds Pro, they disconnected randomly from my Pixel 6 Pro and my LG OLED tv. My Pixel Buds A and Pixel Buds Pro..not an issue. 👌🏻 They are truly top notch.

@Shingetsu these fit better for me, MUCH better. They also sound better, are sleeker, and don't stick out of your ear. They're almost flush. Battery, I've haven't had long enough to test them, but battery life has never been Samsung's strong suit, and the buds plus were no exception imo.

I had high hopes for the fit of the Buds 2 Pro, but I still found myself disappointed. Regardless of the tips I use, they still just don't fit right. Looks like I'll be hanging onto my Buds+ for a little longer!

No. The only reason I'd remove it is if it failed in some way (bubbled, peeled or cracked). It protects the flexible glass, leave it on.

I peeled the screen off of my Z Fold 3 after it started bubbling. No problems so far, but I went a year with the screen protector on also with zero issues up until the bubbling. It was right at a year when it started.

Tried them on today for 5 minutes. 1: very uncomfortable 2: call quality sucks, picks up every noise on the road 3: taking them on and off ear is hassle 4: transparency very bad, ears still feel plugged. With airpods its just like not having them on when in transparency The only good thing was the music sound. Back in the box going back to best buy tomorrow 😀 Full Samsung eco user here, but ill stick with my airpod pros. Sound amazing, great call, easy on off ear.

even the airpods had issues too in reddit comments, don' be way too judging over small minuses... i used my microphone with voice recorder and it worked nicely, no chopping sound, no pixelated noises, no nothing... mine fitted nicely, maybe you had amplify ambience sound setting activated? why you use apple language?
