I ordered a s24 plus. The fact it has the QHD display now, it finally feels like there's the phone to get if you really don't want the spen and box design. So, I'm excited to receive mines Friday. Gave Google a try and love a lot of pixel things, but a few hardware things are griping me and I know Samsung won't let me down.

Watching this on my.....S24 Ultra 1TB version that I received yesterday. Do I like it? H3ll yes I do! The AI is nuts! Could actually for the first time have a phone conversation with my wife's family in Vietnam, with no need of her translating for me. It's just insane!!

Floss CRACKS ME UP! Smell tests..getting "caught" with some hotties on his screens, the "flagship specs". Love it dude. I use both Apple and Samsung, and like Flossy and Marques Brownlee (MKBHD), I use Android for my main phone (Apple for my 2nd/business phone). My Galaxy still works flawlessly, but will be upgrading to the S24+ later this year...looks similar to last year but significant upgrades. Great job highlighting the differences. Flossy always keeps it real!!

Flossy, I took your advice and ordered an S24 Plus to replace my iPhone XR. I've been an iPhone user since 2008 and lately I've been wanting to expand my coding knowledge and get into mobile development a bit. I gave up on it after starting because I didn't have an Android device and that's been weighing on me. Like your friend, I knew I was probably doing myself a disservice, but I've used the things since I was a freshmen in high school. It's all I knew (iOS). I was on the fence about my upgrade this time around but you convinced me, man. I just ordered my Galaxy and it's a new era for me haha. Great video!

For me Flossy is the best reviewer. Unlike other reviewers that talk and talk and talk without almost not showing the phone. How come they call it a review of a phone if they doesn't show what they are talking about. They just show their face and talk about the phone. I really like the way flossy present it, he is showing the phone/subject then talk about the subject at the same time, when i watch flossy review i feel like i am also using the phone that i wanted to buy.

Great video as always! I'm still on the S22 ultra and never tried an iPhone. I've always wanted to try one but that trade in through Samsung can't be beat. Simply put I can't afford to buy both and can't afford to buy an iPhone and possibly not like it.

Feels like Samsung is comfortable with this design and we're just getting a more refined version every year.

Dex is such a good feature... just bought a projector and im literally using my old note 9 as a media player, with a keyboard and mousepad and a hard drive i got hella content stored there and never be bored when im staying in other places.

Flossy, as much as I love Samsung, I just want to tell all your viewers that Samsung's after sales support is terrible. My S22 Ultra developed a white screen issue after just 1.5 years despite being in near-mint condition, and Samsung absolutely refused to acknowledge the problem, despite lots and lots of people complaining of the exact same problem. Very disappointing. I don't think I'll purchase a Samsung phone ever again. :( It cost me 200 dollars to get the screen replaced.

My 24 Ultra is delivering Friday 16th. It was supposed to be the 31st. That is why I love Samsung. They don't play. I got the Titanium 512GB, screen protector, 2 cases, and Galaxy Buds FE for $650 with a trade-in (S22U). They gave me $650 for my S22 Ultra 256GB INSTANT CREDIT. $650 out the door! Google and Apple give half as much and make you wait until they get and look at the trade-in. Yes I have a 15 Pro Max too, but I love Samsung. Been rolling with them since the S4.

I had decided to order the Samsung Galaxy S24+ for these specific reasons: I like to have a small(ish) screen phone and a large(ish) screen phone...one iPhone and one Android phone. I have the iPhone 13 Pro which, to me, is the sweet spot on the iPhone side. I got the 256GB version on eBay for just over $600 and it looks and runs like new with a 95% battery capacity. I plan to hold on to that phone for a while, to say the least. The other phone is the Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra, which I'm trading towards the 24+ because of the trade-in value I'm getting. And while there's S-Pen compatibility for the S21 Ultra, I never really had a need or a want for one. To me, it's a novelty I seldom use, even if it came with one. I'm not a heavy photographer and while I'm missing out on 10X or 5X zoom, I have no regrets for "downgrading" to 3X zoom only. Furthermore, to have the "latest and the greatest", I'd only be gaining an additional 2X zoom anyway, which I can easily go without. Another reason I'm getting the S24+ and not the S24 Ultra is because of the price. It was hard enough swallowing the idea of $1200 for the Ultra variant of the S series; but now $1300? As Flossy would say, the price is too gad damn high! The trade-in value is the same, leaving me with still paying about $750 difference compared to just $450 difference for the S24+. And with only a 0.1 inch difference in screen size, the choice is clear. Now one key reason I'm doing this instead of just holding onto the S21 Ultra along with the iPhone 13 Pro (both 2021 phones, btw) is because in a Geekbench test, this puts the S24 series (at least with the Qualcomm version) nearly on par with the iPhone 13 Pro which, to me, is faster and smoother than I'll ever need for a long time. This means the same for the S24+, as it closes the gap considerably between these two compared to the S21 Ultra, whose score was around 800 less than the shown scores of the S24 series. Yet another key reason I'm getting the S4+ is the promised 7-year software updates, whereas the S21 Ultra only has one year left of OS upgrades. This is another gap that Samsung has managed to close between itself and Apple, meaning both phones will be supported for about that same length of time and while the iPhone 13 Pro is three years older, it'll still likely be supported for at least four or five more years. I'm getting the S24+ for future-proofing reasons. The battery is only 100 mAh less than the S24 Ultra, so there's that. Finally, I'm buying the S24+ specifically, because I prefer its form factor compared to the S4 Ultra. I love it on the iPhone 13 Pro and thus it only makes sense to get that same exact form factor on the S24+. While it may not have the titanium frame, like the Ultra, that doesn't personally matter to me. This is still a sturdy phone, to say the least. With the only things missing being the extra telephoto lens, laser focus, a mere 0.1 inch screen size difference, a mere 100 mAh increase in battery size, the frame and glass build of the Ultra, and the S-Pen, that to me doesn't justify the now-$300 price difference. Now, mind you, these are all MY personal reasons and they may not be YOUR reasons for upgrading to this or one of the other S24 models. Just thought I'd share mine.

Thanks Flossy for confirming that there's no AOD picture widgets! I thought I was going crazy. I've received my s24 Ultra, and I'm vex that I can't get my AOD widget with my personal emoji anymore. The phone feels so bare now that there's no personalisation with AOD. Coming from the z fold 3, I feel like I've taken some steps back for virtually the same price. My main gripe with z series, though, is screen durability. The inner screen broke on me twice, and ZF5 didn't seem like it was offering too much more for the extortionate price.

Yo Floss I think a lot of people follow you from outside the US, you should mention when the phone has a different SoC in other parts of the world. For exemple these have an Exynos SoC here in Europe. It would make your videos feel more complete imo. Loved the video, keep up the great work man
