Heads up for anyone who are stuck on this screen. You have to go on the app on your phone and re add the wigets to your watch from your phone. That's your bypass. No need to send for repairs.
i just found out i had the same issue. i kept rotating it but nothing is happening and i didnt even drop the watch once. im pretty sure samsung is gonna charge me for any repair since its out of warranty.
Rotating dial kherab hone se kuch nahi hoga.. watch apna ache se kaam karegi.. problem tab hoti jab ye touch screen wali na hoti.. esme to touch screen hone se sare function use kr sakte ho .
