This video has a true story and this hostel is somewhere in state of Himachal Pradesh in India which is a mountainous region and it's difficult to provide services over any hilly region that's why this ad was made probably to showcase Samsung can provide services everywhere
Really, the samsung sarvice is very good, because we also having the samsung products, like TV, washing machine, refrigerator & cell-phones in our home

Yeah. I am an indian and to be honest, this probably feels to me like they are only cashing on the disability. Don't get me wrong. Samsung provides great service in India. But i dont really know about that much though. But it is just my thought.
You have a point, samsung shouldn't take advantage of someone's disability, whether the such hostel exist in this place or not but I doubt the service personnel went that extra mile in reality.
It's a true story dude...But they used it to do a commercial with it....But they really did have an issue with their t.v and asked Samsung to come and fix it...
