Samsung Laptop Not Turning on

The adapter i was using was a regular usb, i needed the samsung brand double type c charger, what it comes with, worked for me! The battery symbol popped up and I didn't know it even had that thank you!!

Be aware that some Samsung laptops use the metallic back cover of the keyboard as a heat sink for the graphics chip via a sticky thermal pad. Check, or better still, replace the pad. This chip gets very hot and if overheating the laptop screen will appear black.

I made a manteniance of a Samsung NP355E7C laptop, then it won't turn on at all, just showing light, DVD sings and fan turning on, but no showing anything, then it starts to turn on without hard drive, I thougt it was RAM issues as always but nothing. My bios didn't load all the way and didn't ask me to even update it. I had it set to ask me. It did it on its own when my computer was on low battery and did not load the right way. Now it's not turning on and not charging. What do I do!?!?!

My np730qcj wouldn't boot up, blinking blue light. Took off back panel with power cord unattached, removed battery cable from input on motherboard, plugged in power cord and it booted right up!!

I honestly feel like Samsung laptops aren't as good as their phones, I purchase a brand new laptop from them and in less than a month I am having multiple issues including this one which I am unable to use my laptop (unfortunately those solutions didn't work for me) I have an HP laptop for over 5 years now and I have no issues with it other than a battery replacement, same goes for my other two laptops dell and Lenovo... I deicide to try out a Samsung laptop and now I am really disappointed.

In my case the solution was to let the battery total drain. then it booted up fine.
