Mine have finally given up. The battery no longer holds charge after 5 years. They will charge and turn on while connected to the charger, but die as soon as you disconnect from the charger. Over the years, the battery has deteriorated and lasted less and less.

I got mine years ago as a gift from another purchase, but I didn’t use it but kept it hidden all these years. But now i found it again and am experiencing this too. Is it possible for my battery to deteriorate even if I haven’t even use the earphones before?

Can in pair to two devices like the U Pro and JBL ones? You know how some BT headsets can be connected to both PC and phone. Then while listening to video on PC and phone rings, the headset automatically switches to phone to answer call.

Yes you can use a phone micro USB charger.

I kept it in the box for a year probably and never used them. I tried it when i had them it was working just fine. now im charging it no red light even. Yiu think it is broken or i'll wait for a couple of hours...if so how many hours is that? 2 to 3 hours is fine?

Probably broken. Mine still work and charge to full in less than an hour.

Aldrian Gomeseria didn't worked on mine. No red light so it's not charging. tried several troubleshooting tips but none worked. I gave up actually

The battery probably died because of how long it's been in stock, plus the battery has been dead for a long time so yeah

But you can probably try and take them to a Samsung store or where you got it from with its original receipt or contact Samsung support US, I believe they give a free replacement, I can't remember tho
