i have a pair of these that are about two years old and i just started to notice that the left ear is much quieter than the right ear. should i get another pair of these online or the bose wireless sound sport. i really like the way the fit on my ear but i don't like the battery life and the fact that they always seems to randomly turn on in my backpack. i'm basically just looking for something that has a similar fir to the level active headphones, has good battery life and can easily be paired with three or more devices. please let me know if i should try to order another pair of the level headphones online, get the bose soundsport or if there is another brand of headphones that you would recommend that i get.
Don't know why everyone hates these I've had nothing but good experiences with them. Charge lasts several hours had about a 30 foot range what's the damn problem
Can you help me? My samsung level active wont turn off. And it doenst flash any red lights or blue lights. Im afriad it will drain the battery and i'll just keep on charging them
Please help me i have the same kind of earphone and it doesn't turn on. But when i charge it it's always full, and when i try to connect it, it doesn't work
I've got them and they're really great!! HOWEVER, I CAN'T TURN THEM ON!! I can only use them when they somehow connect. HOW DO U TURN THEM ON?!? Hold down the right one? It's not the volume button on the wires.
I charged my headphones over night and I woke up in the morning and it worked completely okay and when I reached school to use them again they won’t connect and it’s completely shut down and when I came back home I put it in the charge again and it turned on and I connected it while it’s charging (it was fully charged) and it worked and then I removed the charger and it shut down and I don’t know what to do , pleaseee answer I really need help
M Hussain thnx a lot, I think I'm going to get the level u pro ... although I thought that the active is a more convenient design but it seems it has a lot of problems! thnx for your help
I kept it in the box for a year probably and never used them. I tried it when i had them it was working just fine. now im charging it no red light even. Yiu think it is broken or i'll wait for a couple of hours...if so how many hours is that? 2 to 3 hours is fine?
You put the headphones into pairing mode and connect from the bluetooth setting from your phone. If you don't know how to do this please refer to manufacturers instructions or look at the samsung website.
Hi Mr reply me plsss...... my samsung level active is turning to blue when i charge its like a few second i thought is fully charge . im very curious about that blue i know its a sign of fully charge? and then sometimes i charge my samsung like half day and i used it then suddenly turn off what the matter of that thing? i think its in battery ? can u help me pls reply immediately mr i need some info about this
Probably because of overcharging them, they should only be charged from an hour to 2 hours before they're fully charged and should last you almost 6 hours of straight use, try contacting the place you got them from
I honestly don't want to waste any more time trying to deal with this faulty wireless earphone. Sucks cause I really had my hopes up, but it seems as if I keep on experiencing one problem after another. I guess I wouldn't question it as much since I got it for free as a promo whilst buying my phone.
Mine won’t turn on or work unless they’re plugged into the wall outlet. Completely disappointed. If anyone knows a fix for this it would be greatly appreciated.
Alex torres I don't know if it's fake. I too have the same packaging. It came with my samsung galaxy note. Also, the samsung level app recognizes it as level active with a unique ID.
JT Manuel if you buy it in amazon it is a black box with metallic letters the original one, the fake one is coffee and it comes with Chinese letters and a manual printed in letter size letter nothing to do with the original the audio is very bad
Alex torres I guess it's region specific (the style of packaging). I got mine from an official samsung store last Feb 2017. No chinese lettering on mine and it's made in Vietnam with legit serial numbers. I know what you're talking about (fake ones). I also bought a fake set of level links thinking it was legit late last year and it fits the description you're talking about. Good thing I was able to return it for a full refund.

@@AlohaPox open your phone bluetooth. open your headset as well long press the stop and play button ▶️ ⏸ icon. it is in the center of volume up and down on your headset. press it for like 30 seconds and it'll connect on your phone
The right side of my earphone broke. I can't hear anything after a few months. Can you do a tutorial how to fix it? I would really appriciate it. Thanks!
Sorry to hear they’ve broken. Unfortunately I don’t do repairs on small items like these headphones. Are they still under warranty? Might be best contacting Samsung if they are.
I’ll take it they’re second hand then. You’ll have to take them back to where you purchased them from and ask them. I don’t trouble shoot peoples problems with faulty equipment.
+Rossiny Gomez thanks for the question. I personally prefer really loud earphones but struggle to find high volume levels from earphones these days. That being said these are as good or even better than some wired earphones that I have. One thing to bear in mind is that you have to turn the volume up on the earphones separately to the phone you're using to get full volume.
que pena que samsung este creando audifonos cada vez mas malos en material. el tipo de cable que usan es muy malo y peligroso. no estan pensando en los clientes. solo en su venta. puede ser bueno en audio.pero x el precio mejor recomiendo el samsung leven.
Yea these headphones are trash I'm never buying them again they only lasted a couple of months the volume got lower and suddenly they dont work anymore Itried every method on troubleshooting them for hours contaced samsung 3 times charged them for hours nothing works waste of time...I would not reccomend purchasing these at all....
