I know soundbars are another class of audio in the sense that they're made for a clean and easy install, but man I have to tell you, if your're going to drop 1,000+ on a sound bar, just get a A/V receiver, and a SVS Ultra center channel + a pair of Ultra Bookshelves...you'll thanks yourself.

Got this a few weeks ago. So far this thing is insane!! netflix movies with atmos and youtube atmos demos are incredible !! I wish voices were a little higher on some things

@@TechinaSec101 I disagree. Non atmos content sounds fantastic to me. Dont need a review to tell me otherwise. I love what I hear from this system.

@@bobbyrowe3344 everyone has their preference and at the end of the day if you like it, thats what counts :) its amazing sound quality but it just dosnt work for me, also the auto off feature is a big letdown.

@@TechinaSec101 Yea the auto off sucks but if you mute it it dosent shut off. so mute what your watching then pause it. it wont shut off

Tech in a Sec I have had this for 2 months and love it. It has never turned off so what’s up with the auto shut off?

This soundbar isn't quite all its reviews say that it is. It constantly loses connection with "EVERY" device it's connected to. The Samsung App "NEVER" connects to it. The rear speakers can barely be heard in the setup. Remember this soundbar cost over a $1000.00 and for that kind of money it should give way better quality. "DO NOT PURCHASE" look around for something better.

I read other reviews and it says you have to manually adjust the level of each speaker, maybe you should adjust the rear volume level?

With the shut off after 5 minutes could this be possibly rectified with a firmware update would anyone know this please?

Hi i have Soundbar Samsung n950 but l do not know how to listen or connect both satellite speakers. You can help me how yo listen both satellite speakers please.the Soundbar the sound is gooood.but i can't listen satellite speakers.thank for helpme.

hi, first have the soundbar powered on and both satellite speakers, then click and hold on the bottom at the back of each satellite speaker and do the same with the soundbar ( its on the bottom of the soundbar ) and you should be connected :)

I have this it’s a mixed bag. For simplicity it’s brilliant. For the constraints of a sound bar it does a very good in sound separation however to get the full effect the volume needs to cranked up. Don’t be fooled with the Harmon Kardon Moniker for when it comes to playing music it’s ok at best and nothing special. The only niggle I have the sub defaults back to zero more often than not which you only notice because the sound is sounding a tad flat. I listened to the Bose 7000 and the Sonus as comparisons before purchase and for my ear the Samsung edged it for watching films but I found the Sonus slightly better for music with a better sub. The Samsung is by far the most competitively priced out of the three.

ANDRE MONROE correct, it’s very sad. I mean for Atmos track it’s Great but that’s it , if your watching ANY other formate it’s beyond disappointing.

@@TechinaSec101 wooow and whats even more sad is the bad reviews and the price is still close to 2k for the soundbar am sure Samsung heard the whisper in the hallways they know this soundbar is over priced to be this bad

I've heard the opposite.... atmos tracks are good if your in an ideal room otherwise there meh, but general sound besides atmos it's very very good some say the best....there are some ppl that say it's no good but far more say it's great

@@ickkynickky21 Well everybody has a opinion but i read more bad reviews then good about the N950, I end up purchasing a Sonos 5.1 system i could not be more happier the sound is incredible.

Yeah I guess....I've seen alot more good then bad oh well I'm getting the marantz sr7012 with klipsch 8000f towers 504c center 600m rears and 500sa dolby atmos for a 5.1.4 or 7.1.2 set up 🤷‍♂️

its how many channels it has and for that its 7 channels, each channel could have more then one drive.

The issues with that is they are not crapper BUT you cant turn them up loud and so if you have a big room, they are useless.

Sound bar never gives you Surround sound ... but with additional surround speaker it’s good option but again price will matter

If we buy the extra speakers or buy any 7.1.1 Soundbar we'll need to get a receiver for all that? Sorry but I'm a dummy in that regard and I need an advice :) Was looking for the HW-N950 or the new ones from Samsung and LG, what would you recommend? also the LG SK10Y is cheap now, how is that comparable to those?

Hi, soundbars you cant add a receiver and only limited soundbars will allow you to add an extra speaker ( bought buy them ), the N950 is the top of the line from Samsung. compare it with the LG SK10Y , i would still go with the Samsung as it has separate speakers and more channels. thank you

I bought it and I hate it. Their ARC is just so bad. If you pause netflix for 5 minutes it will shut down and the app is just terrible. You can’t do anything with it just like their remote. I am sad that I did not buy the Sony ST5000.

I have a sansung sound bar b4 that is a wire less subwoofer i dont know what happend the sub woofer not working i open the conection i found the parts of electronics the IC IS broken and the subwoofer i will bring to the service technician they said this is a disposable subwoofer im sad only now working is front speaker only
